High above the tallest building
Over the clouds
Where people look like ants
And trees like broccoli
Way up there
Headphones in
Music up
Alone with my thoughts
A dangerous thing
To be so far
Far from reality
Far from dreaming
Alone with my thoughts
Such a dangerous thing
Because it's a long way down
And what's to stop me from falling?
Falling into a dream
Or into a nightmare
The best thoughts
And the worst
Because way up there
There is no filter on my mind
Thoughts flow free
Washing through me
Love and hate
Life and death
Overwhelming me
