after about 3 hours of gaming, they finally stopped playing, Justin looked down at his watch to see the time it was 6:00pm in the evening , 

Justin: (P.O.V) : 6:00pm aww I need to make something to eat for Helen , she hasn't eatten since earlier and the dr cullen said for her to eat more today to see how she goes 

Justin got up and turned off the xbox and tv and put the controllers back and turned to Helen 

Justin: baby I think we need to eat something , especially you since dr cullen did say for you to eat a bit more to see how you go and also because it is 6:00pm in the evening 

Helen: alright baby , what shall we have for dinner 

Justin: we  shall have to look in the kitchen see what we can find 

Helen: hehe yeah 

Justin took Helen's hand and she followed him to the kitchen to see what they can find to eat. 

they got to kitchen Justin looked in the cuppboards , while Helen looked in the fridge for anything to eat 

Justin found some noodles , Helen found some chicken and some cream white sauces. 

Helen: (P.O.V): I know what we can make noodles with chicken in white sauces,

should probably say that out loud. 

Helen: i know what we can make, noodles with chicken in white sauce 

Justin: yeah that would be lovely 

Helen: alright I'll sort the chicken out and cook it , you do the noodles and then when we have them cooked , I'll cook the sauce

Justin: alright baby , I love you 

Justin walked closer to Helen and kissed her gently , Helen smiled as he pulled away , spoke 

Helen: I love you too honey 

Helen started sorting out the chicken, while Justin sorted out the noodles 

they got the chicken and noodles cooked in no time, then Helen cooked the white sauce, while Helen cooked the sauce Justin got some plates out and some knifes and folks, put the plates next to Helen for her to put the food on and put the knifes and folks on the table. 

Helen put the food on each plates and Justin was sitting already at the table, she placed a plate of food infront of him and then went round the other side and then placed the other plate oppsite to Justin and sat down and began to eat. 

They finished eatting, cleaned the pots and put them away , as Helen put away the last plate and closed the cuppboard , Justin came up behind her and started kissing her neck , she closed her eyes and enjoyed the feel of his lips against her skin , 

he stopped turned her around picked her up and sat her on the kitchen top and kissed her lips , her fingers running through his hair as he kissed her, he pick her up off the kitchen top and carried her up stairs to there room, he put her down on the bed and began to take her top off , as he did that Helen began to undo his trousers, after he took her top off, he took his trousers off , he was just in his boxers, he began to take Helen's trousers off as well so she was just in her underwear 

Justin: are you ready for this because I'm gonna make it last for hours 

Helen: oo are you sure your up for the task 

Justin: I'll show you 

Helen: bring it on Mr Bieber

Justin: I will Miss Binding 

Justin took off Helen's bra gentle and her underwear , he then took his boxers off and got a  condom out of the draw and put it on, then kissed down Helen's body , to her woman hood and started licking there making Helen moan lightly

they carried on until 2am and stopped

Helen: we need to sleep I have my doctor's appointment
