Uknown POV

That was it I found him, and my mate came with it, oh happy day! Now all I have to do is wait for my mate's call then destroy him once and for all. But my mate was human. Fate has made a mistake. No matter the human won't get in the way of my plans I will simply drain her dry and she can die with Alexander. Everyone will stop looking for that pathetic excuse for a king once he is dead, and I will become king! This will make Alexander's destruction even better. I laugh at the thought of his eyes staring up at me when I destroy him. Oh I am a sick and twisted man. I've waited nearly ten years for this, ten years way to long.

Skye pushed herself off her bed to look at her clock. "Five already? Dammit. Sometimes I wonder why I get up this early. "She said under her breath. She slapped the off button just as her door burst open banging against the wall reveling a very angry Alexander. Skye jumped. Her mouth fell agape when she saw him. There he was standing in all his naked glory in just a pair of boxers. He was tall and lean. His body was hard and defined. He was perfect. He had a beautiful chest, long toned legs, and muscular arms. He must have been sculpted by the angels, or demons she thought silently recalling her dream.

"What in the name of the UN-holy kingdom called hell would possess you to get up from slumber at such an UN-Godly hour?" Alexander growled out low from deep inside his throat. Skye could not breathe, let alone speak to answer his question. Alexander cut into her thoughts.

"Are you going to answer me darling, or are you just going sit there staring with your mouth hanging wide open?" Skye sucked in a sharp breath, but she still had no answer.

"Looks like it's the latter than, sweetheart. Would you like me to pose?" Alexander chuckled with his signature smirk twisting up at the corner of his beautiful pink lips. Alexander was getting cocky now, but he had the right to with his gorgeous body and the way Skye gawked at him. Skye wished there was something, anything she could say, or do to pick up her dignity off the floor that lied helplessly shattered. It was too late for that though. Much like a mirror it can't be fixed or repaired.

"Alright you are starting to really freak me out now. Plus you never answered my question. What are you doing up this early?" Skye finally snapped out of her mindless trance.

"Um... I'm sorry about that. And I always get up this early." Skye said as she stood up shrugged, and ran her fingers through her long hair pushing it to her left shoulder.

"But why?" Alexander replied in a rather annoying voice, sounding like a five year old whining because they didn't get their way.

"I just do, Now leave it!" Skye snapped becoming defensive.

"Sorry. I didn't mean hit a sore nerve. Please excuse my curiosity. I guess I should be nice to you anyway since your letting me stay here."

"No it's my fault I'm just grouchy I guess." Skye said her eyes wondering off somewhere in the distance. Skye stalked off to her bathroom leaving Alexander behind not even giving him a second thought.

Alexander stood there for a moment his mind blank when he heard the water of a shower cut on. He took a deep breath and instead of going to his room he looked around Skye's room, and it was huge. It reminded him of one of the guest rooms from the palace as far as size, but her room was round. The walls were barren. About fourteen feet in front of her bed she had a grand fire place and bookshelves on either side. A shag white carpet and a chair directly in front of her fire place. She had a dome ceiling of pure glass except for the center where there hung a black crystal chandelier. Very impressive, he thought, for a human anyway. Her room was painted deep purple and he didn't like it reminded him of what they wanted him to become. What he was destined to be. A monster. Alexander knew he would regret it but he strolled over to Skye's bed on its raised platform, her Delicious scent becoming harder to handle than before. His gums were hurting bad and he knew he should stop, he knew not to take another step but he was pulled there like the gravity of a planet pulled a moon into its orbit. There he stood pathetically hovering over his planet. No he thought he must fight this he spun around on his heel to leave. Then he stopped and just fell. He fell crashing into the bed. All of Skye's scent pushed out of the soft mattress and into his nostrils. His fangs elongated as he breathed deeply a scent. "So pure....." No Alexander inhaled again there was something else here. Sadly Alexander new what it was and he did not like it one bit. A human male. A feral growl so fierce erupted from his throat that he had never heard before. He was angry. No furious his claws extended he pushed himself away from the bed so his leathery bat wings can extend. His eyes shifted from red to purple. He looked around careful to keep his wings from knocking over anything. He ran to the bathroom door about ready to bust it down when his voice of reason came back to him.
