Many many many people ask vegans/vegetarians, "well if you don't eat meat where do you get your protein from?"

They're are many foods to replace animal protein with plant protein.

There are three major nutrients the human body needs.

Many people and doctors do not suggest the vegan diet due to lack of vitamins and other nutrients needed for a healthy body.

What people lack to understand is that many of the non-vegan options have many hormones and antibiotics pumped into them and have been onow to cause cancer.

Protein, being one of them.
