I am so angry for being such an idiot, I can't shake the edgy feeling I've had since I met Lucielle

"Alex do you like Lucielle?

"Hell no, she's weird" He looks at me making a face

"You are weird" I laugh

"No, you are"

"You are weird and childish" I stick my tongue out

"Really mature" Kate said sitting next to me, my heart starts to beats fast as she smiles at me

"What are you guys arguing about?"

"Nothing important, What do you think about Lucielle?" I looked at her eyes

"Well she's a nice woman, intelligent and very beautiful" I stared at her face disappointed

"Will you marry her" I mental slap myself

"I don't know" at least she didn't say yes but it still hurt. Why does she have to be sincere and straightforward

"Do you love her?"

"No, I like her and she's very interesting " that made me jealous and speechless

"Do you love Steph?" Alex asked shocking me, I glare at him scared of what Kate will say and he just wink at me

"Yes I love but I'm moving on" she said looking deep in my eyes, I smile a little then frown

"Why are you giving up?"

Alex can't keep his mouth shut

"She's very young and immature" unbelievable, I am not immature I say to my wolf and they laugh

"What?" I ask

"You said that out loud" Kate smirk at me and I blush

"Anyway Lucielle is 500 years old" wow she's way older than Kate

"Age doesn't matter to me and I prefer a mature woman not toddlers" Ounch that hurts did she have to call me a toddler. I stand up leaving them

"Wait" Kate said and I keep walking, she grabbed my arm stoping me

"I'm sorry I didn't mean it"

"It's okay, I just want to go to my room"

"Okay, I am really sorry"

I walk to my room and lay in my bed thinking about what Kate said, getting things clear in my head, decinding if It's worth fighting for her. I'm starting to lose hope, I've been thinking a lot about this. I shut my eyes not wanting to dwell on the pain of hearing all she said and as time pass by I keep expecting the worst I'm miserably

"Unbelieveable Kate, you are very dumb" Alex said frowning at me

"I am not dumb, I have twelve degrees and 9 PhD"

"You shouldn't say that it ruined everything"

"I didn't know that it would upset her, I was being sincere"

"You are a lost cause, I give up" He say as he turn his back on me and walking away

"Hold on, do you think she will forgive me?"

"Maybe, try not to upset her and stay away from Lucielle"

"I can't do that to Lucielle she's my mate"

"Soon or later you will have to choose one and you better make the right choice"

"I know but I'm confused"

"There's nothing to be confused Steph is the right girl for you"

"You are just saying that because you don't like Lucielle"

"No that's not the reason, can't you see how you and Steph make the perfect couple, she makes you smile and your eyes lit up when she's around"

"I know that she makes me happy"I sigh

"Why don't you choose her?"

"I have to give Lucielle a chance, I don't want to break anyone's heart and I'm starting to like her maybe she's the one for me"

"What?" he asked suprised

"You heard me"

"Yes, I thought you said that to make Steph jealous"

"You know that I hate lies so Why would I do that?"

"A normal person would do it to see if she loves you or something like that"

"Do you realize that I'm a vampire right?"

"Yeah, I am a vampire too and I would do that"

"That's because you are very immature"

"Kate would you like to go on a date with me?" Lucille asked before Alex spoke, he shock his head and stormed off
