Chapter 2: Nico

Leo had been acting a little strange lately. His mind seems to always be wondering whenever I talk to him. I
hate to amit it but I kinda like the guy. But not as a friend... More than that.

I'd gotten over Percy a while ago, but it still stung when I saw Percy and Annabeth together.

Honestly, I'm terrified to admit my feelings to Leo. I don't want another heart break. What if he still liked Calypso? What if he only saw me as a friend? What if his feelings are mutual to mine? I blush at the thought of that. There are so many what ifs. I guess I'll never know unless I ask.

I jumped back into the real world when a hand is waved in front of my face. Leo stands there smirking at me.

"What?"

"Oh nothing..."

"Leo what are you planning?"

"Nothing. I'm just laughing at you."
