I was awake all night watching Neikos body. The healing process done and now I was waiting to see if God had answered my prayers. I dont know why I cared so much about him, all he was was a human, a mortal that was going to die soon if I hadn't succeeded in healing him. His torn back a mess of skin and blood I sighed and looked down, burying my head in my legs, tears attempting to escape my eyes. This was the first time I have ever felt for someone. I sighed and looked up, Neikos brown eyes staring at me, searching mine.
“You're crying.” He stated. Happiness bubbled up inside me, I leaped to my feet and staggered towards him. I wrapped my arms around his body, not being able to find the words I was searching for. I felt the warm exposed skin on his back. and he took in a sharp gasp.
“Sorry!” I shouted yanking my arms back, he looked at me and smile, sitting up.
“Dont cry.” He whispered, leaning in his lips brushed against mine, I kissed him back, with no regrets. “Now lets go save the world.” He smiled, jumping up he took my hands and began leading me to the door, I glanced at his back, he was beginning to heal to fast for a mortal. And thats when I realized it,
He was now a real Reaper.
