A handsome distraction if I ever say so myself.

You were standing there trying to pop a lock by yourself.

I remembered how skilled I was at such a thing.

So I offered to step in and popped that lock for you.

I think you are dreadfully confused on how a woman could learn such a skill.

I told you that do you a lot to keep yourself out of dangerous situations.

You shot me a weak smile, and went inside of your door.

I never got this worked up over a man but, damn cupid hit me hard.

I don’t think it was intentional that you dropped your wallet by my door.

The playful looked in your eyes as I returned it to you.

The way that you told me to step inside and follow.

I did it so and didn’t even look back.

You got my whole world off of track.

You were like an asteroid that collided into my planet.

The passion was as brilliant as it was violent.

The sheer raw, magnetic animalistic way about it.

You told me about your family you left back in Pakistan.

Here in America to get an education.

The darkness of your eyes, how the words clung to your accent,

Whenever you spoke.

The mysterious side to you----intentionally keeping me at a distance.

Then pull me back into your existence.

I never got tired of these games,

Even though I should have.

I remembered you completed your education

And you were shipping off to Britain.

I wondered if I would ever see you again,

I remembered how I lingered on in a time space with you there.

I remembered how various these images would pop inside my mind.

Then one day, I remember I saw you again.

You had a smile and wonderful scent of sin.

I knew that wouldn’t be long before we felt the familiarity touch of our skins.
