The Gravemind

Before Vladorus could hit the ground he was caught by a giant tentacle that wrapped around him,

"What's.... Going on?" said Vladorus as he opens his eyes,

Vladorus found himself face to face with a very old and starving flood Gravemind,

"I am your saviour, you should feel grateful that I won't consume you" said the Gravemind,

"Why would you spare me parasite" said Vladorus,

"I have already accepted my fate, I was stuck down here for a very long time with minimum biomass and food, I was left to starve" said The Gravemind,

"Kill me or release me parasite, but do not waste my time with talk" said Vladorus,

"There is much talk and I have listened through rock and metal and time, now I shall talk and you shall listen" said The Gravemind,

"Then talk, I have no choice but to listen since you won't kill me or release me" said Vladorus,

"There will be a greater threat one day and Remnant will be in danger" said The Gravemind,

"Are you referring to The Banished" said Vladorus,

"Yes, but I will be long dead by then but if you really love Yang that much then you must defend her until the end" said The Gravemind,

"I will do everything in my power to save Yang but why are you helping me" said Vladorus,

"Everyone has high hopes for a living, each Gravemind possess the previous knowledge of the past Graveminds before them and in those memories the previous Gravemind before me talked to you're brother" said The Gravemind,

"I have heard rumours of Thel coming in contact with a Gravemind with the master chief" said Vladorus,

"You have an undying amount of determination but you aren't the only one with that determination" said The Gravemind,

"So that's the power I've been feeling since my arrival on Remnant..... But what do you mean I'm not the only one" said Vladorus,

"You will find out the answer soon enough, I will help you up" said The Gravemind,

The Gravemind brings Vladorus back to the surface where he sees team RWBY fighting Warden Eternal,

Vladorus brings out his carbine and finishes off Warden Eternal,

"That was dangerous, even for you four.... And I'm glad for how much you care for me or I may not have survived" said Vladorus,

Yang hugged Vlad with tears in her eyes,

"We though you died" said Yang while crying,

"It's ok, I'm fine" said Vladorus,

"Envy said that he was going to glass Remnant" said Weiss,

"And I'll be the one to stop him, I will do everything in my power to save this planet" said Vladorus,

"Ok, what's the plan" said Ruby,

"I'm going to need an army to keep Envy occupied while I go in for the kill" said Vladorus,

"But what about the others, they're most likely been told about you dying and they would see that you would have killed Envy concerning and he's a prophet he's going to be well protected" said Blake,

"That's where your military comes in, I'm thinking of using them as a distraction while I find and kill Envy" said Vladorus,

"That's not going to be easy" said Weiss,

"She's right Vlad, Ironwood isn't easy to convince" said Ruby,

"It's the only way I can kill Envy, we need to at least try" said Vladorus,

"He does have a point, Remnant is a risk" said Weiss,

"So that's why we're going to take every precaution we can to save Remnant" said Yang,

"But where will Vlad go?" said Blake,

"I will be hiding in the shadow and once your general agrees I will have to find my own way to you" said Vladorus,

"So your not coming with us to convince Ironwood to help you" said Ruby,

"Not as if now, it's far to risky, only when he wants to speak to me directly is when I will reveal myself to him" said Vladorus,

With the plan all set out Vladorus and team RWBY leave the forerunner structure,

"So this is where the plan starts I guess" said Yang,

"Yes, now go time is running short" said Vlad as he walks away,

Team RWBY start heading out of the forests back to beacon to see if Ozpin to see if he will let them see Ironwood,

Vlad got put his cloak on and head to the city of Vale,

"I don't have anywhere to go for now, as long as I seem normal nobody will get suspicious" said Vladorus,

Vladorus wandered the city of Vale trying to think of his side of the plan to assassinate Envy,

"As long as this planets military agrees to the plan it should serve as a long awaiting distraction, all I need to do is find away to sneak behind the covenant and kill Envy and make it look like I wasn't the one who did it.... That's going to be difficult" said Vladorus as he wanders around,

Out of the corner of his eye Vladorus sees a familiar face,

"Velvet?... I wonder what she's up to.... But I need to keep thinking of my side of the plan" said Vlad,

Vladorus walks through an alleyway until Velvet was out of sight,

"All though she could be helpful" said Vladorus,

Vladorus turns around to see White Fang members walking in the opposite direction,

"They're up to something" said Vlad as he takes off his cloak,

Vladorus sneaks around to see what's going on,

"Hey did you hear that those aliens are ready to destroy Remnant" said the first white fang soldier,

"Yeah, I've been hearing rumours that they're going to glass this planet" said the second soldier,

"Come on you two, we need to get this cargo out before the boss get's mad" said the third soldier,

"Yeah yeah, were on it" said the first soldier,

The two white fang soldiers pick up a cargo crate and leave the alley way through a secret route,

Vlad goes into active camouflage and follows.... But doesn't realise that Velvet is following him.
