Sonehri's POV
I was standing in my room when I spotted a shadow in the balcony, I entered it when he turned to me, it was Aryan, I smiled very happy and hugged him then pulled away can't believe what I was seeing
"you're alive, how is it possible" I said when he only looked at me then looked down, I looked to see what he was looking at to find myself catching a blade cutting inside him, he was bleeding
"Aryan!!" I said scared
"You killed me" he said when I start to cry
"No, I'm sorry, I'm so sorry" I apologized when, I wake up to find out that it was only another nightmare , it has been like that for a time now.
My mother asked me to move back to my father's castle but I can't, I can't leave Leah and queen Alysee, I know how much Damon will like the idea of me leaving but right now I can't, he doesn't want to fight with me, he is just delaying it, I decided to go out of my room when I pass by the maids room, I saw Leah sitting there the look on her face say a lot, I think she prefer death over being here … I walked towards her, I went to the garden and I stand there remembering every single time we were in here, looking up at the window and not seeing him standing there made me want to stab my heart just to stop the pain, I swallowed my tears when I saw Katherine walking towards me followed by the maids funny she used to be on "princess" She said with a smile on her face without bowing to me as now she is the queen "look at that, you manage to know how to act royal, Katherine" I said sarcastic when she smiled embarrassed "I learnt from you, Sonehri" She stated "Sonehri!! I will always be Princess Sonehri to you Katherine because no matter what you will always be beneath, you're the queen only because you seduced Damon carrying his child, you're nothing but a maid, my betrayer maid" I said furious "I didn't betray you, I had to choose Aryan or Damon and I choose the man I love which happen to be your brother would you let him die, you blame me because you want someone to blame, princess" She said before leaving, I was speechless…I know I couldn't let Damon die, he is my brother so as Katherine, she is so in love with him, she was right I'm blaming her
Katherine's POV
I went to my suit very upset, I still fear Sonehri, still feel that she is my superior, I was so nervous when Damon entered, I throw myself between his arms he was my protector as I know his family only see me as their maid
"What is it, my love" he asked
"Nothing, I'm just scared…why don't you send Leah & Alysee away?" I asked
"well, baby it will just take time, Nicholas either control Leah or I will send her away and Sonehri think that she make amends by taking care of Aryan's mother, I knew how much she loved him that's why I counted on you, my love" He explained when I hugged him resting my head on his chest
"I love you, Damon" I said feeling save as he stroke my hair
No POV
Nicholas asked for Leah to come to his room, but she refused over and over
"You have to go to him, he is the prince" Karla the head of the maids explained
"I’m not going anywhere, he is no prince to me" She yelled when Nicholas entered "leave us" he ordered when all the maids left, Leah looked at him with eyes full of anger & hatred
"Why don't you want to see me?" He asked
"Why would I want to see my enemy" She exclaimed
"We are lovers, now we can get married and be happy" Nicholas said when she got more angry
"Are you out of your mind, you killed my brother, took our kingdom, you made me a slave" Leah yelled at him
"You're not a slave, you will be my wife"
"I will never be yours Nicholas, I hate you now as much as I loved you back then" She stated when he came closer to her about to touch her face
"Don't you dare touch me, we are done….it's over we have nothing left but blood and vengeance" she said taking a step back when he looked at her hurt before leaving
Nicholas's POV
How come she hate me like that, I did all of this for her but why not, I was a part of killing her only brother killed her only brother but I did this because I love her and the idea that Aryan stood in our way make me want to destroy him, I ignored that he was her brother, what have I done? I lost her …. No, I wont accept that, I'll win her back, I'll marry her, she loves me, she had to
Sonehri's POV
I watched Nicholas riding his horse out of the castle, I feel his pain but he didn't kill Leah like I killed Aryan, maybe he has a chance to make things right, if only Aryan wasn't dead, I will everything to make him love me again, or maybe he will just hate me forever, he died thinking that I was loyal to him, I wish my head just stop thinking about every thing but it doesn't turn out that love is like a war easy to begin, hard to stop and I can't stop loving Aryan , I can't stop wishing what if everything was different, what if I never agree on Damon's plan

Alia rushed out of her house to her neighbor Marine she was an old gypsy lady who lives in the bayou too
"Aunt, Marine" Alia yelled scared when Marine walked out
"What is the matter?" She asked concern by the look
"Just come with me the man in our house, he is heating up and getting worse" She said sick worried about Aryan who she didn't even know his name, Marine walked to her home with her, she looked at Aryan
"he is having a fever, the cut has infection, I will made a cure for him" Marine said and start to make it while Alia was making cold water compressed trying to get Aryan temperature to cool down when Marine came and put the cure on the cut
"Are you sure he will be fine?" Alia asked worried
"Yes, he will.. It's an old cure my grand mother taught me" Marine assured her when Alia nodded and stay beside Aryan until about dawn, she fall a sleep on the chair next to his bed at this time her father entered as he finished fishing
"Alia, Alia" he shake her gently when she opened her eyes
"Father!" she exclaimed
"you fall a sleep in here?" he wondered
"yes, he was so sick and I had to stay beside him" She explained when he smiled at her
"go take some rest, he is fine now" he said when she throw her head back upset
"more than three weeks in come how can this be fine" she exclaimed in a sad tone "let's hope for the best" he stated
"I really hope he will wake up" She said hoping that Aryan will wake up soon even she doesn't know him, some how she feel attached to him, she feel that there is a story behind him that she want to know
Far away on the hill there was a horse man watching their house in the bayou, he was keeping an eye on Alia & her father
