Chapter 2: I Met Brennan💓

Annie, this is Brennan! Brennan, this is Annie! Katie introduced
I turned red from my head to my toes.
Am I blushing?... No! N-no,it cannot be!
I must be red because of embarrassment.
Hey, Annie! Brennan greeted
I become nervous and I was speechless. I just kept on staring at him until..
Hey! Say something to Brennan! Katie snapped in front of me.
I blinked faster for how many time until,
O-oh! Hi B-bren-nan! I greeted nervously.
We shaked hands in like.. 5 seconds and that made me.. kinda.. red..!
After, the bell rang.
Sit down students! Please be seated! Our teacher strictly said.
I immediately sat beside Brennan and Katie sat beside me.
I turned red as an apple. Why am I always red when I am near Brennan? Agh.
So, I am Mr. Polt! Your class adviser and your Science teacher! Mr. Polt strictly said.
That made everyone in the classroom shiver with fear.
Welp, I really really, super duper hate strict teachers! But I know I can't judge them anymore! Strict teachers are scarier than thunderstorms and pickles.

Brennan Donnelly?
PRESENT!

Yeah, I know that is weird but.. atleast I am being honest with you, with ALL of you. Well guess what? I kept on staring at Brennan. I do not know why but, my naked eyes were focused on him.

Katie Donnelly?
PRESENT!

I can't control my eyes anymore to not to stare at Brennan. Ugh, I hate this. I hate love. Well, is this love?

Annie Leblanc?

Wait wait wait wait! I can't say LOVE! What do I freakin' mean?!

Hey! Annie! Hey!

Hey Annie! Brennan is talking to you!

Hey! Mr. Polt is calling your name!

Why did I mention love on.. on.. Brennan? No no no no no! I can't l-like or l-love him. Well, it is a free country but.. agh!

Julianna Grace "Annie" Leblanc! Mr. Polt shouted infront of my face.
U-uh, s-sir? I startled
Brennan begins to giggle and that embarrassed me.
Okay, Leblanc is absent! Mr. Polt shouted angrily
Say "PRESENT" Brennan whispered
O-oh! I said blankly PRESENT!
Too late Leblanc! Detention after classes! Mr. Polt shouted again.
I nodded and did not say anything.
Much better if detention this class until dismissal! Mr. Polt commanded
I proceeded to the detention room and cried.

Brennan's POV

Oh poor Annie! I was worried for her, she was physically present but mentally absent. Bad thing our adviser was so strict. I could even say Mr. Polt is the strictest teacher ever. Well, even though me and Annie are not close friends, I already knew she is a sweet and a kind girl. Wait what? Did I just complimented Annie Leblanc? Oh boy, I can't love her 'coz she does not love me. Maybe.. or.. I do not know but honestly. I kinda.. I kinda like her I guess? Her beauty was different from the other girls I had a crush on. Well, I have a great idea!

Our first lesson in Science is.. the digestive system! Mr. Polt started
Deep Breath! You can do this Brennan!
WHO CARES?! I yelled
Brennan Donnelly! Detention until Dismissal! He yelled back.
My sister gave me a face with confusion. I rolled my eyes to her and to Mr. Polt and proceeded to the Detention Room.
Just a mile away, I heard cries in the detention room! That must be Annie.
I rushed through the room and found her on the floor, crying.
Annie? Annie! I comforted while closing the door.
She turned her face to me and I kinda blushed.
W-what *sobs* are y-you doing here? *sobs* She said, wiping her tears away.
Well, I got detention! Mr. Polt is really really strict! I sarcastically said.
She laughed while continuing to wipe her tears away.

Annie's POV

I can't freakin' believe it! Brennan Donnelly is here with me in the room! Just the both of us. I blushed so hard when he tried to make me happy.
Why did you cry? He interrogated
Look, I have the best academics and this is my first time I got detention! I explained
So, you are worried about your grades? He interrogated again.
Of course Brennan! My parents expected me to be the highest honors again! I responded
It is better if you are dumb. He sarcastically said
Wow really? 😒 I complained
Nah, just kidding! He apologized

I giggled, breaking the awkward silence.
He looked at me and raised an eyebrow.
What? He said
Nothing really! I laughed
He tried to tickle me, he tickled in my ribs part.
Nah, it does not work on me. I said
What about this?! He asked, trying to tickle my knees.
Holy Moly! STOP! STOP! I said, bursting in laughs.
Oh! Here is your tickle spot! He exclaimed
Please! STOP! That freakin' tickles! I yelled, crying of joy!
Okay fine, in one condition! He said, while he stopped in tickling me.
What is it?! I looked at him in confusion
Can you... atleast... h-hug m-me?! He said and I can see his cheeks turning as red as tomatoes.
I blushed so hard, even redder than a tomato.
Holy! Why in the world this happened?
Come on, Annie! Just for today! He exclaimed
I smiled and hugged him.
Oh, that is what I like! He said
I smiled at him and blushed.
He puts his hand on my shoulders and talk about life. Well, he hates studying 😂, he likes video games. WOW.
Well, it is dismissal time. We heard footsteps coming to the room and we stopped laughing and any other crazy stuffs we did.
And the door opened and it was..
OUR FREAKIN' STRICT TEACHER, Mr. Polt!
Detention is extended in 10 minutes! He yelled and slammed the door.
I cried after that happened.
Annie?! Brennan exclaimed What is wrong?
My Family I started they would be so disappointed to me right now.. and also my fans! I ended
Wait what?! You had fans? He asked in confusion
Yeah, we had a youtube channel called Bratayley and I am sure Mom is vlogging in the car right now. I explained
I feel sorry, Annie! He said
It is not your fault, Brennan! It is my fault. I replied
He smiled at me and I wiped my tears and smiled back.

Finally, 10 minutes is done and we are.. free.
I rushed onto the gate and I found our car and I saw Mom holding the camera.
Damn.
They look so disappointed 😔
So here is our Annie, which is taking so long. Mom said in our vlog camera.
What took you so long Annie?!
Mom, I am sorry. I was in detention! I admitted
WHAT?! They all shouted in the same time
I am sorry. I apologized again
Get here in the car right now Annie! Mom said grumpily
Damn this is bad.
