Chapter 1: My New School

Annie's POV

Annie! Annie! Mom said, waking me up.
I groaned, and covered my face with my soft pillow.
What is it, Mom? I said and groaned after a while
It is your first day of school in your new school! Mom smiled
What? I exclaimed, throwing my pillow out of my face.
Yes it is! Now c'mon! Mom informed
I quickly jumped out of bed and rushed downstairs.
Good Morning, Dad! I greeted

Where is Hayley and Caleb? I added
Still sleeping upstairs! Your mom must be waking them up right now. Dad informed
I made pancakes for today's breakfast! Dad cheerfully said
I smiled! They are my favorite during breakfast.
Dad opened the fridge and grabbed a jar with greenish color inside.
I love pickle juice! Dad exclaimed
He already knew I hate pickles so he must be teasing me.
I groaned and rolled my eyes.
A pickle juice? Ew, That is disgusting! I exclaimed

CALEB
Hey bubba! Good Morning! I said, showing up infront of him.
Hello Annikans! He exclaimed, opening his arms for a morning hug
I hugged him tightly as I can.
Good Morning, world!!!!! Someone yelled
All of our faces turned to "someone" who yelled
HAYLEY?! I said, between laughters
Hi! Did I yell so loud? She said
Yup! Caleb responded
Well that is GREAT!!! She yelled again
We all laugh, also Mom and Dad.
Come on! Eat breakfast! You will be late for school! Mom stated
We hurriedly pulled one of our chairs and seated. We happily eat together.
After a few minutes, we are done eating breakfast.
I took a shower in my room and Hayley took a shower in her room and Caleb took a shower in his room.
After I took a shower, I pulled out an outfit, and it was a t-shirt with an "Ordinary Girl" written on it.
I decided to wear jeans today instead of shorts, it would be embarrassing. I pulled one of my Nike sneakers and placed it on my doorstep.
I grabbed my lip gloss and seated on my bed. After, I decided to have some dutch braids for my hair.
And now, I am DONE! I jumped of excitement and put on my Nike sneakers.
Wow. I am the only fashionable 10-years-old!
I rushed downstairs and grabbed my bag and sat on the couch, waiting for Hayley and Caleb.
Is our Julianna done? Mom said, smiling.
I nodded and smiled afterwards.
After a while, Caleb sat beside me. He wore a jacket with a "Cool Kid😎" written on it and a ripped jeans with Nike sneakers same as mine.
You are so fashionable Anns! Caleb complimented
Thanks bubba! You too! I said, smiling at him.
Suddenly, Hayley sat beside Caleb.
She wore a Pink t-shirt with a "Don't touch me" written on it. I laughed on what it is written on her shirt. She wore shorts and doll shoes. She doesn't have any hairstyle, just a straight hair down. She looks beautiful and fab!
You look fab, wittle bean Caleb complimented
Thanks bubba, you and Anns too! She replied
A fashionable Grade 1 student! I exclaimed
Thanks, Annikans! Hayley said while flipping her hair
Me and Caleb giggled
Is our Leblancs ready? Dad said while vlogging
We gave a thumbs up to the camera.
So our little Leblancs are ready for school! They look so pretty! Dad said, he is still vlogging
Now, follow me little leblancs! Let us go to school! Dad said while all of us are going to the car.
Hand me the camera Billy! Mom said as she closed the car-door. She was at the front seat and me, Hayley and Caleb were at the back.
Dad handed the camera to Mom.
Buckle up your seatbelts! Mom said as she showed the camera to us, fastening our seatbelts.
We are going to our school, which is Wildwood School.
Who is excited to their first day of school in Wildwood School? Mom asked as we are done fastening our seatbelts.
I can't wait! Hayley exclaimed
Kinda nervous, I don't know where the Grade 5- Ruby classroom is. I stated, giggling.
Me, I am excited meeting cool kids! Caleb jokingly said
Oh bubba! I replied, rollibg my eyes.
Well, Good Luck! Mom comforted
Yeah, thanks! I thanked as Mom stopped vlogging.
After a few minutes without traffic, we arrived at Wildwood School.
Mom started vlogging again
So the kids are now here at Wildwood School, Bye kids! Mom stated while vlogging and showed the camera to us while we are leaving. Both of my parents waved a goodbye and we did the same.
Then, they left.
Bubba, you gotta go with Hayley and find her classroom! I gotta find mine! I requested
Sure! During dismissal, you must be waiting here at the gate and wait for me and Hayley! Caleb stated
I nodded and he and Hayley left.
Hmm, I wonder where Grade 5- Ruby is.. I murmured to myself.
Hey! Someone approached and it sounded really really familliar.
I turned my face to someone who called and it was..
Katie Donnelly!
Katie? Katie!! I said, hugging her!
Hey Anns! It is been a long time since our last gymnastics class! She informed, I smiled. Remembering all the good memories me and Katie had during Gymnastics!
What class are you? I said, pulling from a hug.
Grade 5- Ruby! She delightfully answered
What? I had the same class as yours! I exclaimed happily.
Well, you gotta be friends with my brother. She said
Huh? Who? I interrogated in confusion
Brennan, Brennan Donnelly! She answered quickly.
Oh, is he our classmate? I interrogated.
Mhm. She nodded
Where is he right now? I interrogated again.
Why am I so concerned in this guy? Like, I can't have feelings for him.

I smiled delightfully the same when I recieved GG, my dog!
