Moving away from Compton was probably a good decision in the beginning.

I thought moving away from Compton would help me escape my problems, and I would live a better life in Chicago. I thought that Chicago had better opportunity than Compton—I wouldn't have to worry about people trying to kill me and people I cared about, but I was wrong. When you as successful as I am, there's going to people that will wish you ill will, and won't be as happy as you are.

There's going to be people that want your success or shine and hated you from the start. Compton caught up to me, and so did Los Angeles Police Department. I had thought that once you move away from your past, that was the end. You would have to no longer deal with it. Drug trade is a dirty game, and it's much more complicated than just shipping and selling. It's a whole different world.

I thought Chicago would be the end of my problems, but it's just the start.
