This day was suposed to be the best in my life, the day I was going to propose to the one and only, Annabeth Chase. I was walking to her cabin for a suprise visit to her so I could ask her the question that i've been wanting to ask, though all the sudden one of the Apollo kids around my age,Even I think is his name, walked up to the Athena cabin and knocked on the door. A girl with bloned hair opened the door and gave him a kiss when she pulled back I realized the girl was Annabeth, MY wise girl. She noticed me watching and guilt spread across her face. I walked over to her as Evan turned around and sneered at me.
I took the box out of my pocket that held the ring, angered and greef stricken I threw the small box on the ground and walked away. As I left I heard her sobs that she released when she opend the box to see a beutifull ring with a sea green stone that had an owl in the middle, seaweed brain and wise girl ingraved in greek on the inside of the ring.I ran into my cabin, silent tears sliding down my face as I punched and broke every picture of her that was in my sight. Why? Why did she betray me? I asked myself in my head over and over.
I decided to go to mom and pauls house since I i didn't want to be here any longer. I thought my day couldn't get any worse, and I was wrong. I Knocked on the door to the house and no one answered, so I knocked again, no reply. I got woried and tried opening the door and it was unlocked so I walked strait in. I walked into the kitchen and froze, lying on the floor was my mother and paul dead.
I fell down on my Knees and cried, sitting there holding my mothers cold hand and crying. Suddenly a bright light flashed behind me and I felt an extreamly powerful being behind me. I turned around to face a man that looked about 30 with black hair, tan skin, and a black suit that seemed to have galaxys dancing across it. his eyes were full of knowlege wisdom and looked ancient, the puples were black with galaxys in them."Perseus Jackson" he said in a kind deep voice "I am Chaos and I would like to give you an offer to join my army".Puzzled I asked "Chaos as in the creater of the universe" he smiled "yes, but please don't bow or call me lord, just Chaos" "Ok just Chaos, i will join" he laught at what i had said then created a portal"lets go then, shal we" and i steped throgh.
