Skills: He isn't as fast as his brother, Jeff The Killer, But he is more logical and is still pretty good at his knifes.
He has a friend in his head called Sully. Sully helps him and takes over Liu when Liu and Sully want to kill.
Liu has loads of stitches on his face and is sometimes described with long or short brown hair. (A/N But I prefer short. Who's with meh?.)
He also has a black jacket and a black and white scarf. Most people describe him with green eyes and pale skin.
He's always serious looking, unless he comes to kill you, which makes him smile. Just like any other psychopath.
