Time passed before the guards came for her. Everything was fuzzy but Flair remembered saying "Asher, bring me Asher." When she saw Asher's beaten bloodied face she left her hypnotised state. She grabbed his worn body with both of her hands and never wanted to let go.

She couldn't bare to ask about the twins. He looked up at her and she could see the tears swell up in the rims of his eyes. She embraced tighter and assured him that he was safe. As they were guided out of the building, a tall man dressed in blacks redirected their path. The guard placed his sausage like hands against their backs and pushed them towards a hallway leading to a series of chambers.

The disposal units, a fabled place where parents threaten to send their naughty children. Flair's heart stung as she was led up the hallway knowing children were in each chamber being laid to rest. She winced at the thought that they were now being taken to watch Tula or Rith die. Flair's head was down to stop the temptation of looking in the windows of the chambers in case she saw little faces inside. As the guard stopped she held her head up and looked into the chamber before her, expecting to see a child. No one was there. Then a beaten face entered the chamber. She couldn't make out who it was until his blue eyes stared deep into the souls of her own, Aaron, he was alive! They tricked her. As she watched them inject the serum into his arm Aaron looked towards her and smiled,

"I love you," he mouthed. His head fell, and he was still. Flair's heart stopped.
