-Marco's POV:

I woke up in sweat and liquid running down my cheeks.

I was crying again.

This is the third time tonight.

We're in the dungeons and it's the middle of the night.

But....

Every time I close my eyes I can see Tom's limp body on the ground, his red tank top torn to pieces as a black mark is left in his chest.... Exactly where his heart is.

"He's dead." I barely heard Kelly whisper.

It was unreal.

"Tom can't die! He- He's a demon! They are immortal!!"

And yet Eclipsa had only scoffed....

"Demons are so weak. They can be easily killed by this spell. But of course a weak human like you wouldn't know that."

And now I find myself in this horrible cell. On the floor, curled up in my knees with silent tears rolling down my cheeks.

Tom might've been a traitor.

But for a while...

He was still my friend.

-Star's POV:

My heart ached.

It hurt so much....

But I don't think Tom's death affected us as much as it did to Marco.

He refused to eat whenever the guards would serve us food and he would scream for hours at them.... for no reason.

He would tell them to let him out.

To bring him back.

Then he would yell for Tom.

He would tell him to stop joking around about being dead. That it's a serious matter.

And then when no one responded he would hang his head and shake.

And all I could do was watch as my eyes fill with tears from the cell in front of him.

Kelly only lay silent in the cell beside his. And she would stare at the ceiling without muttering a word....

I can't believe it.

I can't believe Tom is dead.

I can't believe Eclipsa won.

-Eclipsa's POV:

"GIVE US BACK OUR QUEEN! WE WANT OUR REAL QUEEN BACK!"

"YEAH! GIVE US QUEEN MOON BACK YOU MONSTER!"

"YOU'RE A FAKE!"

"YOU'LL NEVER BE OUR QUEEN! WE WON'T LET YOU!"

I growled and clenched my fists.

Why can't they just accept their true queen???

My thrown was STOLEN by these fakes.

Yet they call ME fake???

Do these people even know history?
