The boy spent the night texting his friend, asking only for ten minutes of his time to meet the girl.
The friend answered: Tf, ten mins? Don't want me to stay?
No. The boy didn't want him to stay. He planned on introducing them, the first ten minutes. And then the corrupt friend would leave and they'd have a wonderful time at the carnival, the girl hopefully forgetting all about his friend.
