"Just Friends"
Why is it that you choose to remain just friends?
It isn't fair if you hide it to yourself.
I deserve to know why. Does this spell the end?
Or was this a dream that I'm inside myself?
Oh, how I recall when I'd do you favors
And how we would always help each other out.
I'd treat you so casually like we're neighbors.
Not even one mean word came out of our mouths.
But still, I would ask the very same question
Why you're not willing to speak out from your heart.
Perhaps what you're really trying to mention
Is that we two never once were since the start.
