Sakura and Sasuke

chapter 1: ...it's Haruno Sakura

*okay author's note I do not belong any character of naruto anime or the manga itself and hope you enjoy, I will also skip unnecessary details *

..."hehehehe" laughs naruto meekly,  'today is the team assignment day,
I hope I can get super cool teammates'
naruto hopes as he can't wait to finally become Genin and graduate the Academy

he had his ups and downs but he gave his best in the exam and passed barely above the requirements,
while he was feeling giddy, suddenly someone pushed him hard making him lose his balance

"What the hell-ttebayo!?" naruto questions, then the girls of classroom started shouting angrily with their high pitched voice

"Move, Naruto!!!"
"You're in the way!!"
"I wanna sit beside Sasuke-kun!!"

'..oh great it's teme's annoying fangirls'
thought naruto,
the leaders of the fangirl Ino and Karin started to argue about  which one to sit beside teme

"I've liked Sasuke-kun longer than you!!, so I should sit beside him!!" says the blond girl with dark blue eyes

"no way!! my feeling for Sasuke-kun is deeper than yours!!" says the girl with deep red hair which also happens to be naruto's distant, distant cousin Karin

"SIT DOWN CLASS!!"
shouts iruka sensei and he glares at the girls who quietly scurried to sit before they get scolded,

  much to naruto and Sasuke's dismay Ino managed to sit between them and started to squash herself to Sasuke,
who has disgusted expression on his face ,
"beginning today all of you are ninjas... but you are still merely rookie genin(lowest rank ninja)
the hard part has just started, now... you will soon be assigned to duties by the village
...so today we will be creating 3 man teams...and each teams will have jounin (upper rank ninja) sensei... you will follow that sensei's instruction as you complete the assigned duties."

'pfft a 3 man teams?  that's just more people in my way ' thinks raven haired boy who have matching deep black eyes Sasuke Uchiha ,
beside him Ino Yamanaka sighs 'there's no way I would be with Sasuke-kun...I guess I will be with that chubby boy and lazy ass'
thought to herself,

to her right naruto thinks
"anyone beside Sasuke-teme!!"

"iruka sensei further explained and said
"we tried to balance each team's strengh"

then chorus of shocked "WHAT!!?" can be heard really loud,
iruka sensei started calling names of the assigned teams and finally came to team 7

"Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha... you're third member is... you will learn it from your Jounin sensei .... and next is team 8....
" iruka sensei said and moved on to the next team

'huh...strange' thought naruto and Sasuke.
"ok this afternoon all of you will meet your representative senseis
take a break until then" and iruka sensei left

*few hours later*
" why is the sensei of team 7 ...so damn late!?"ask naruto loudly,

Sasuke who is sitting in one of the desks in front row just grunted but anger evident in his voice

'tch... being with teme is so boring and gloomy, only if there were someone interesting'

when he finished his thought a man with gravity defying hair and mask which hides his half face
  entered the classroom and looked at naruto and Sasuke and sighed dissapointly

he said "you two come to the rooftop" and left
naruto and Sasuke glanced at each other before they sprinted out like a madman
after they arrived at the rooftop the new sensei started to introduce himself

"okay my name is kakashi Hatake I have no desire to tell you about my like and dislikes, dreams of future?... hmm, we'll I have lots of hobbies, and... it's your turn, you first blondie"

'what the hell, we only got his name' thought both genin

"my name is Uzumaki naruto-ttebayo!!!
I like cup ramen!!
what I like even more is ramen iruka sensei buy for me!!
what I dislike is waiting for 3 minutes to cook ramen "
'does he only think of ramen?' thought kakashi
and naruto continued
"my dream... is to surpass hokage!!! and make all the people in the village acknowledge me as who I am not as a hokage's son!!!"

'interesting' kakashi thought and said
"now you emo-boy" while pointing at Sasuke

if looks could kill kakashi would be six feet under the ground
after Sasuke glared at kakashi
he said
"my name is Uchiha Sasuke.
there are tons of things I dislike, I don't particularly like anything

and I don't like to use word dream, what I have is ambition and it is to surpass my brother "

after they introduced themselves, Naruto got curious about their third member and asked Kakashi

"Ne Ne kakashi sensei, iruka sensei said we should ask about our third member from you"
beside him Sasuke grunted in agreement

"well, about that we are going to hokage regarding that"
he said and got up
"you two follow me " he ordered

after silently following their new jounin sensei
they arrived at hokage office, kakashi knocked the Door and silent come in could be heard

they entered the office and the fourth hokage namikaze Minato greeted them
naruto who saw his father, excitedly ran to him and bombarded him with questions

"hey! hey! dad who is our third member?
where are they?
when will we meet them?
are they cool or lame?
Ne! answer me dad-ttebayo!!!

behind him Kakashi grunted "Oi ! naruto show some respect to the hokage"

Minato laughed it off and said
"well Naruto calm down first"
then naruto went back to stand between their teammate and sensei
"about your teammate, she is-"

"Yes!! it's a girl" naruto shouted happily cutting fourth hokage's speech,

Minato continued
"-in slightly troubled situation, and it's up to you guys whether she will become your teammates or not"
"WOOHOO!!! so it's a mission right!?
mission right!?"
naruto questioned excitedly while jumping up and down,
"geez, calm down a little, naruto" said kakashi tiredly rubbing his neck

'a haha! as expected of my and kushina's son' Minato thought fondly

"what's her name?" asked sole Uchiha  finally speaking after staying silent
then the fourth hokage answered with slight smile
" ...it's Haruno Sakura"
