The legendaries are having a meeting discussing the unite of the evil organizations.
"Yeah! And they would most likely capture us if we go stop them!" Lugia said worried too.
"SILENCE! I have found a solution!" Arceus looked down on them.
"What is it?" Entei said in a gruff voice.
"WE WILL GIVE BIRTH TO THE NEXT GENERATION OF LEGENDS!" There were gasps as he said this.
"But we can't breed!' Ho oh screeched.
Almost every legendary sweatdropped.
"Ho oh, what he was trying to say, is that we will create!" Suicune explained.
"What will we create?" Raikou asked.
"Eevees."
"EEVEES?!"
"Yes, they will evolve into their legendary forms."
"An amount for each region!"
"One day they will meet!"
Arceus nodded,"I will create a snow white eevee with a hexagon birth mark."
A ball of light came out of him and floated above the legendaries.
He watched each legendary create their own eevee and thinks,'Hopefully this will work.....'
