Aven held her hand out for Effie to take, at first, she was hesitant--but after wiping the vomit off the curve of her barley visible lips she intertwined her fingers with the one person she'd never thought would be the safe haven of her night. "You shouldn't be drinking if you're going to drive." Aven stated as she swung Effie's right arm over her neck.
"No one cares, sweetheart."
"They will when you're dead and gone."
Effie's laughter echoed through the bathroom; "You're wrong, love."
