Taemin ran up to his boyfriend and jumped on his back. "Morning!"

Minho chuckled and spun him around. Taemin giggled and clung to Minho.

Minho smiled before he looked at his hands, frowning. "I have something I need to tell you."

Taemin got down and frowned. "What?"

"I got a scholarship to the school I really wanted to go to..."

"That's great! What school are you going to?!" Taemin asked, excited for Minho.

"The one in England...." Minho said.

Taemin froze. "O-oh...you're going to move that far?"

Minho nodded.

Taemin frowned. "But then I won't see you for a long time. When will you come back?"

"Not until I graduate." Minho said.

Taemin frowned. "Oh..." He looked at his hands. "I should get to class." He turned and walked towards his classroom.

"Taemin, wait!" Minho said. "I'm leaving today..."

Taemin frowned and looked at him. "What?! You're just telling me this now?!"

"I just found out two days ago." Minho said. "I tried telling you before, but I didn't want to hurt you."

"So you decide to tell me last minute?!" Taemin yelled.

"I'm sorry, Taemin..."

"What time are you leaving?" Taemin asked, starting to cry.

"Around 8 tonight..." Minho said.

"Can we spend some time together before you leave?" Taemin asked.

"I only have an hour...I have to finish packing still."

Taemin looked at his hands. "T-then I guess this means goodbye...will you call me when you have time?"

"I'll try." Minho said.

Taemin nodded. He slowly turned around, heading to the direction of his classroom again.

"Taemin, wait...we should break up..."

Taemin froze. "W-what? Why?" He was shaking now.

"Because long distance relationships are hard and I'm going to be practicing all the time." Minho said. "I don't want to hurt you."

"You don't want to hurt me?! You just did! I'm glad you're leaving! I never want to see you again!" Taemin yelled and ran into his classroom.

Minho frowned. He wanted to go after Taemin, but he just left, not looking back.

Key was walking home, carrying his little sister. He and his sister was living with his uncle after their parents died. He sighed when he walked in. His uncle was never home and didn't work. He had to work to keep bills paid. Key put his sister down for a nap and found a note saying his uncle had left the country. Key frowned. If his uncle left, they would have to go into foster care and be separated.

"Then no one can know he left." Key said to himself. "I'll take care of us..."

Two years passed, Taemin and Key were walking down the hall together.

"Are you excited for the new school year?" Key asked.

Taemin shrugged. "I guess. It's my last year in high school."

Key nodded. "Yeah, it's exciting."

Taemin sighed. "Not really, then it's college next year. I don't think I'm ready."
