~Love Never Fails~
There was once a boy,
A happy boy.
And a sad girl.
He laughed
And smiled.
She groaned
And frowned.
Bu you know what they say,
Opposites attract.
They got through the sad times,
Together.
They rejoiced in the happy times,
Together.
All throughout their time,
One thing she still remembers.
When most are hard,
To recall.
She remembers a white rose
That sat in the window.
It symbolized their love
And all they went through.
As that rose wilted,
Symbolizing their hardships
He gave her a new rose,
To symbolize their love-
Once again renewed.
After all the years,
He still gives her roses.
When she remembers,
She asks,
"Why do I get a new rose?"
His answer is simple,
"Love never fails."
