This is my OC Celestine Allen, she is the same age as Nightwing and lives with him in his apartment at Bludahaven. She is quite friendly and kind to everyone she meets, is an insomniac and knows how to cook(because Dick just can't cook). She also has a youtube channel that you'll know what she does inside it later.

This is her vigilante costume and she is known as Fox. Under the mask she has deep red eyes and her hair turns spiky and white, her powers is the ability to control people, enhanced regeneration(only when crucial), ice magic and telekinesis. Due to her ability to control people, she relives the most painful moments of anyone's lives(typically they have to be within the area). For her insomnia she relies on sleeping pills to let her have no dreams.
