So on Moriarty's kill was John, Lestrade and Mrs. Hudson, but when Sherlock was takling to John he said, "I want you to tell Lestrade, I want you to tell Mrs. Hudson and Molly. In fact, tell anyone who will listen to you." So what  I noticed is that Sherlock added Molly to the list. The weird thing about that is that he knew that she knew he wasn't dead because he was aiding him, so why would he bother to add her? To direct attention from her maybe? Possible, but unlickly. What I think is a possible combination of a few things:

1) A slip up : He accidentally added her because he was listing the people he cared for the most, Lestrade, Mrs. Hudson and Molly, (he was talking to John, and that's why he was not listed.)

2) A hint? : Maybe Sherlock was trying to hint that he cared for Molly more then he let on.
