I hate this feeling

I couldn't sleep all night because I was scared of something .. I didn't had nobody to make me feel better .... Alot of shit happened yesterday and now it effecting me ...

Idk ... But I feel weird and different....

Shit I can't explain ... Only two persons know but they have lives so I can't bother them ...

I'm afraid to sleep now ....

So yeah .... I hate having this feeling .... It's not good at all ....
