I stood up when my room door opened up and my brothers, sister and Shawn entered

shawn looked at me and engulfed me into a hug

"shh baby, don't cry" he said

"what do you mean she's downstairs lia?" Nate asked with his jaw clenched

"I was going down and I heard people yelling, she wa.. she wants to take us with her" I said as Shawn let me sit in bed

"What?!" Nate,jai, Ava and Shawn yelled

"I don't know what's happening now, but I heard that she's taking full custody of us and dad said he won't let her but he c..called her..r" I said

" why the heck did he call her!" Jai said angrily

" what the fuck is her problem! He promised us he won't only when we wanted to" Nate yelled

"guys look whatever happens, I love you so much, more than anything. And whatever happens down there, I want you guys to calm down, I know I'm nothing near to calm but just hear me this once. Oh fuck it , let's not calm down today" I said as I opened my room door

Shawn took my hands, pulled me in a hug and kissed my forehead

"I'm up here if you want me" Shawn said

" can you please come with me?" I asked

" ofcourse, max give me your hands" Shawn said taking max

We went downstairs and we all looked at the two people who were yelling at each other

"do whatever you want, I'm not letting you take them away from me" dad said

"You had them for 4 years and now it's my turn" mom said

" they are not going anywhere" nate said angrily

"nate! Lia!" Dad said as he looked to us in shock

" what are you doing here?" He asked

" oh dad, what are we doing here?, we should ask you about why is this women here!" Nate said

my mom stepped to us, took max and hugged him then she went to Ava, and hugged her, she came to jai but jai moved before she can hug him

"no" nate said and I shook my head too

" we.trusted you dad, all of us trusted you, you told us you'd never call her since we didn't want her, she left dad, why did you do it" I said

" you didn't just lose my trust dad , you lost 4 of your children trust and I'm sure when max grows up and heard about this, you'd see how would he feel about it" nate said

"Amelia, I'm back" she said

" why are you here" I asked

" what do you mean why I'm here?!" She said

" I said why the heck are you back ! you left us remember?! remember the day you left us without a goodbye, leaving us all alone, you none of us was big enough to take the responsibility,okay let's just say well Ava was 9 but what about max! He was 6months old! Six months" I yelled

" I'm sorry"
"Jai, you always forgave me" she said

" sorry doesn't help after 4 years, 4 fucking years" jai yelled

" I'm sorry I left you guys," she said

" yeah good think you still remember our names, you left Lia to take care of all of us, and guess what, she is the greatest mother someone could ask for, look at your children that you left, but right now this children always say at school that we don't have a mom, and if they get in problems who goes there, it wasn't you, it was Lia. So stop being sorry about something you can't fix" nate Yelled

"I'm not staying here today" I told my brothers

"I'll wait outside" Shawn said

" who is this?" She asked

" someone you don't need to know" I said as Shawn got out

"Nate, Ava, Amelia, Jai, I'm so sorry okay! I missed you a lot, I'm your mother! You can't be angry at me for so long" she said

"at least max isn't" she said

"He doesn't remember you" I said

"Max, Love come here" she said

"he doesn't even know who you are" I said

"max I'm your mother" she told her

"Mommy!" Max yelled as he jumped to her and she pulled him in a hug

tears filled my eyes as I ran outside to the car

I entered and sat at the back while the door opened nate said infront as jai at the back

the car moved but Shawn stopped when Ava ran outside

" I can't" Ava said before she got on the car

The whole ride to the apartment, tears fell as I wiped them away and I could see Shawn looking at me from the mirror

We arrived the apartment and all of us got down

" here's the keys" Shawn said as he handed them to nate as I stood beside the car

Shawn came to my side and looked at me before he pulled me into a hug

All I wanted is to explode but I couldn't

"baby, I promise you, look at me, I promise you everything will be better, I promise, as long as I'm here with you, it'll be better" he said as He wiped the couple of tears that ran down my cheeks

He put an arm around me took me inside

We went up to the elevator and stopped at floor 2 and made our way to the apartment

The door was already opened so we just stepped in

"you guys get some rest, I'm here if you need anything. Jai And nate you could stay in the guest room and Ava you could sleep with Lia in our room, I'll get you some clothes" Shawn said as he went inside the room while I just sat at the coach

Shawn brought some of his clothes and handed them to nate and jai as they went to the room

"I'll just take the coach here, you can go sleep with Lia" Ava said as she sat

Shawn brought her a blanket and a pillow as he opened the coach which could turn into a bed

"Thanks" she mumbled
