A/N: Umm.. D.P. is an abbreviation for 'Double Penetration' everyone.. Just to inform the uninformed. lol

Upon arriving in the middle of the City, the citizens opened up a path to allow the Royal congregation passage. Many were whispering about what could've happened and why there were so many warriors lining the streets. Somewhere within the crowd was the Capital's number one beauty standing with her childhood 'friend', or loyal dog, Wan Zi Jiahao. Both were wondering what kind of news could be so important to gather everyone.

Chang Jin Yaling had been planning on gaining recognition during this years Martial Arts competition to earn the favor of one of the Princes. She'd long set her sights on becoming someone with enough power to never have to kneel before anyone, not even her husband. Of course with the sort of beauty she held, why wouldn't she think so highly of herself? Even if her family wasn't that wealthy, with her looks everyone would go back for a second look.

Someone had set up chairs for the Princes, Princesses, Concubines and a more regal chair for the Empress. Even if the Emperor favored his Concubine and had sent the Empress into the Cold Palace, she was still the second most powerful person of this Empire after the Emperor. Zhong San and Zhong Er led the Empress forward while holding a hand each. Zhong Yi followed behind at a more sedate pace.

They helped her sit in the chair before sitting on each side on her right. Zhong San made room for Zhong Yi to sit between both him and his twin. Usually it would be Zhong Yi first, Zhong Er second, and Zhong San third, so this type of seating looked rather strange. Many were wondering who the beauty was since this was the first time they saw the First Prince since he lost weight. This was not including the people who attended the banquet for the New Years celebration.

After everyone had sat down, including the High Ranking Officials, Zhong Yi stood and walked onto the small stage that was built in the center of the Capital specifically for this type of situation; it just hadn't been used in a really long time.

"Citizens of the Zhong Empire, Benwang thanks you for interrupting your time of Mourning for our Father Emperor. It brings me immense regret to bring the terrible news that Father Emperor was actually murdered," he paused as the crowd gave a collective gasp and began talking in heated whispers at the shocking news. A guard stepped forward and hit the loud gong which sent a noise into the surroundings that shut the rowdy crowd up.

"Yes, I assure you that I was just as shocked. I have here, evidence of these people's manipulations in the dark!"

Concubine Mei Ren had begun sweating and worrying as soon as the First Prince brought up the Emperor's death. She had had a bad feeling but when she glanced around it became obvious that this entire area had been surrounded with warriors to prevent escape. Even if she had the gall to try, she'd never be able to.

"Concubine Mei Ren, do you wish to say anything on your behalf," Zhong Yi turned and asked. Everyone was stunned. What did he mean Concubine Mei Ren? Was he saying that she was the culprit? How could anyone believe this sort of news? She was clearly the Emperor's favorite Concubine and he even dragged his own image in the mud to please her. Why would she kill someone who treated her like gold?

"I don't know what you mean, First Prince," she said with an even voice, not giving anything away.

"Ah. Yes. Well, I'll clarify. I'll just read some of these letters, shall I?"

Concubine Mei Ren bit her lip but didn't agree nor disagree. She knew that she hadn't signed those letters with her name so no matter what he wouldn't be able to hold this type of evidence against her.

"Big Brother;

Chao'er has now become the Crown Prince as we had planned previously. That bitch of an Empress was thrown into the Cold Palace after she tried to shake the Emperor's decision; to bad that this man is completely under my control and would never listen to what that whore says.

As soon as we kill that fool Emperor, our Long Empire will have control of both lands. Have you already told your General the plan for when Chao'er ascends the throne? As long as we give a good performance the people will cement his position as the Emperor.

-Yours-"

"That's not mine!" Concubine Mei Ren stood from her seat and shouted these words as her heart began to race.

"Ah? Well I guess it could've been someone else but regardless of who it was, this definitely implicates the fourth Prince. In order to enact this type of plan he would need to be involved."

"CHAO'ER HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH IT," she screamed without thought. Her words basically announced that it had been her who wrote the letter but her son didn't have anything to do with it.

However, she had just signed both their lives over instead of preventing misfortune.

"I've also gained a compiled list of all those within the Palace and Officials who belong to your Long Empire," he said with a malicious smile as he watched Concubine Mei Ren crumple into her chair.

Fourth Prince knew that they were about to be sentenced to death, so did the servants and officials who spied for their Empire, all of them jumped into action and began attacking. Zhong Si Chao stole a sword and charged towards Zhong Yi but he twisted out of the way of the lunging prince. Second and Third Prince were protecting their mother from the crazed concubine and some of the maids that originally belonged to Mei Ren.

Citizens within the crowd attempted to help a bit with restraining these bad spies but some ended up getting themselves killed instead. While Chang Jin Yaling was focusing on the havoc taking place, she didn't realize that there was a servant trying to break through the crowd and reach freedom heading straight for her. It happened too quickly to react as a sword stabbed straight into her chest. Her eyes opened wide and stared down in confusion. It felt as though this was something that definitely shouldn't happen; her life was meant to be so much more.

Her loyal dog friend realized what happened and roared with anger before cutting the man's head off. He fell to the ground and held the only woman he loved within his arms.

"Jin'er, hang on okay? You'll definitely live!"

He began to cry and Yaling stared at those tears and realized that this loyal dog of hers ... was actually really handsome. She wished she had noticed this sooner and not been pursuing something so ridiculous like the royal palace. If this was what the Royal Palace was like, she'd have rather lived a normal life with this loyal dog of hers. With one last breath, the life left her.

In another area of this commotion, Zhong Yi had finally pinned the Fourth Prince to the ground with a sword in his dominant arm. Guards hurriedly cleaned up the remaining spies with the help of the Right and Left Prime Ministers. Soon, all the people were either dead or tied up; when they wouldn't shut up, someone began blocking their mouths with pieces of dirty cloth.

"Everyone, as you can see, my words held truth. Please, for safety's sake, return to your homes as we deal out punishments to those deserving."

Zhong Yi turned and left with the rest of the people belonging to the Palace. Zhong San and Zhong Er ordered their men to take up posts throughout the City to manage the disorder that was sure to arise. Zhong Yi planned on slowly torturing this fourth Prince and Consort and ordered the warriors to throw them into the dungeon until after they had gotten a good night's sleep. After 3 days of continuous horseback riding, Zhong Yi was cursing the movement of the horse for giving his butt a whole new level of hurt. Even being D.P.'d by his Husbands didn't feel this bad. Maybe it was because there was no pleasure gained from riding a horse.

All three sent their mother back to her normal Courtyard before retreating and going back to the 2nd and 3rd Prince's Courtyard to end their night.
