Work out every other day and jog the days you don't work out for 30 minutes

Booty(day 1):

.5 lunges
.20 squats
.15 slide leg raises (each)
.30 second glute bridges

Abs(Day 2):

.20 lying double leg lifts
.1 minute plank
.10 roll up
.30 crunches
(Repeat 2x)

Legs(Day 3):

.60 lunges
.50 sumo squats
.100 calf raises

Repeat last 3 days every other day
