"Moves On"

Growing up, 'change' can be a really fearful thing. We can either easily accept the change or deny it. This poem is written specially for those who were having difficulty accepting changes or moving on.

What is past moves on

What is lost is gone

When things changed it's past

Because time moves really fast

I fear the fears to be alone

And I know how it hurts to be without

There was a dream and it was addicting

Unraveling time's pause

Immortalize the same and unchanging

But then nothing will grow

I feel her tears, oh Mother Earth

Life was meant to be changing in order to grow

Some day you'll understand this, she said

When you can unleash burden free from heart

If you can accept the change and move on

You'll find yourself slowly opening up

Let time moves to fix your wounds

And banish your burden at last
