Location

Most romantic places are going to be crowded on Valentines Day so if you're goiing to book a place such as a church or a public place for your wedding, please book early. Popular romantic destinations to get married include churches, parks, hotels, beaches, Hawaii, Phuket, Maldives Islands, Costa Rica, etc. Exotic places to get married also include getting married in the sky ( while parachuting, in a plane, in a hot air ballooon, basically anything you can think of) and getting married and scuba diving at the same time. Decorate your locations with plenty of balloons, lace, candles and flowers.

Attire

Choose gowns that make you look like a fairy tale princess or an angel. Some jewelry such as necklaces with diamonds and silver chains will act more poise and class to the bride. Soft makeup is encouraged together with red lipsticks. For the groom, a white or black tuxedo will help him look the best for the big day.

Menu

Guests will want to enjoy the meal at the wedding and therefore the hosts should not try to be thrifty when it comes to food. Avoid dishes like crabs as it requires guests to get their hands dirty to eat the food. However, food like oysters and lobsters which can be eaten using forks and knives can still be chosen. Champagne should be present as well as non alcoholic cocktails to serve those that dont drink champagne. Round up the meal with delicious desert such as chocolate fondue.

Music

Avoid rock, pop and r n b songs but instead go for slow songs. Love songs are highly popular and if possible, get a pianist or violinist to play music while the guests wine and dine.

Favors

Little figurines of couples, soft toys, chocolates, candies are popular choices for a Valentine's day wedding. Alternatively, a disposable camara will also come handy for the guests who will help make sure you leave behind wonderful memories of your big day.
