Hey guys, thanks for sticking this out.

So I've changed some things to better this story. Aspen and Daniel have had NO sexual encounters besides 1 kiss. Let me point you to what I changed.

Chapter 2: Mistake

Daniel and Aspen no longer have that awkward encounter when she wakes up after the first night

Daniel and Aspen no longer have that awkward encounter when she wakes up after the first night. It was really too early and didn't fit the right character I wanted for Daniel.

Chapter 4: Just a Drink and Pancakes

I took out that part with the questioning that got really sexual

I took out that part with the questioning that got really sexual. That just wasn't the time for oral sex, let's be honest. Daniel is a good guy. He's respecting Aspen's space at this time, being that she's been abused.

Chapter 11: Let's Talk about Getting Out of Here

They just kiss now instead of dry humming. As hormonal as I am, even I can tell now that they needed to chill. Aspen was an emotional wreck, and it would have been taking advantage.

Hey, I'm really happy that you guys enjoyed these scenes though, and although they're not part of the book anymore, maybe I'll put them somewhere else as an alternate kind of thing.

SO WHAT DOES THIS MEAN:

Aspen and Daniel have had no sexual encounters besides their first kiss in Aspen's room (Picture #3 from Chapter 11). They obviously will later on, but I would like to build up to that. Thanks so much for listening guys!

I really want to put emphasis that this is because she's an abuse victim and Daniel is her rescuer, not her abuser. In a different circumstance, those acts would have been perfectly okay, but not with someone like Aspen. I still really liked writing them, so no frets. They will probably do something very similar and kinky down the road when Aspen is more stable. These scenes just needed gentle lovin' from our Keene.
