Hurt, isn't just a four letter word, but a feeling.
Something so agonizing that it threatens to destroy your virtues.
Something that can make you do things you normally would not.
Hurt is like pain without the actually physical pain,
But it's just as bad
You want it to stop, but it still stays there.
You wish you were carefree, but your emotions aren't going anywhere.
Hurt causes that single tear drop to fall
And cause a ripple in the pond of tears.
It causes more and more to slide down your cheeks
And show your actual feelings.
Hurt is something that takes a lot to be there.
That fights and breaks down that gate of locked up emotions
Letting them out.
Hurt isn't just a word, but an actual, real feeling.
