There's a shaking rumble inside.
Everything about it wants to hide.
Right now it's opened up wide.
The strong tide of how ever high.
Where are you when I opened my eyes?
All the nights we've shared together.
I know it's not forever.
Right now it just feels like a nightmare.
I'm lost without you.
There's a place inside my heart that dies when you tell me your goodbyes.
But when the only thing that kept us connected dies.
Where are we left?
I can't stand three weeks without your words.
Your deep brown eyes.
Your warm beating heart that tells me no lies.
Everything inside my heart cries.
Wondering how long it will be until I feel your warm strong arms around me once again.
I'm lost without you.
The bed on your side was cold and empty last night.
Just smelling you left behind on my bed left flash backs.
When we laid there and you held me tight.
Nothing was the same last night.
Not only did you leave me for a short day or so but we've been cut off from each other.
How will we ever get through this weather?

Who knew this would come down on you and me.
