Hide and Seek

Elizabeth's POV

I never got much sleep last night all the tossing and turning kept me awake and thinking when I finally decided to get up it was only 5 in the morning nobody would be up. I walked downstairs and felt nauseous and dizzy but figured I was just hungry so I opened the fridge and pulled out a bottle of water and a piece of leftover pizza. The house was messy but at the same time not the worst for how many people were over last night I laid on the floor for no specific reason and leaned against the cupboard while I ate trying to suppress the sick feeling. I closed my eyes as the dizzy feeling was taking over and opened them when it subsided I stood up holding the counter just in case and reached for some pills I grabbed them and took two. I walked around the counter and made my way to the couch slowly when I laid down i decided to take a nap just so I could feel better so I fell asleep.

I heard shuffling around me and I slowly woke up I felt someone combing through my hair softly with their hand and I opened my eyes I could already tell I was lying on Kade from his cologne.
"Hey" he said as he looked down at me
"Are you alright I seen the pills on the counter?"
"I don't know" I said in my groggy voice
"Im sorry" I spoke before he could say anything else
"Me too" he replied and kissed my head I cuddled into him more and closed my eyes
"Morning Kade sorry I slept in" I heard Jake say so I opened my eyes again
"Headache?" Jake asked Kade
" No I don't think Elizabeth's feeling well" Kade said sadly
"oh where is she I can call someone to bring an iv" he said
"She's right here and that would be great" Kade said and looked down at me I heard Jake shuffle over and I hid my face in Kade's lap embarrassed
"Aww look at you my little sickling don't worry your big brother will take care of you" Jake said in a baby voice all I could do was groan in response. I heard Jake talk to someone about the I.v and they were coming over I wasn't ever scared of needles so it doesn't bother me.

I sat up from Kade's lap so he could have some freedom and tried to sit up after a few attempts of falling down I managed to stay up
"I can help you I don't want you falling and hurting yourself" Kade said worried
" No I'm fine" I said and continued to walk while holding on to the furniture I tried to go back upstairs and took a breath before climbing up I grabbed the railing and stepped I lost my balance and fell back I closed my eyes waiting for the impact of the ground but someone caught me and carried me up the rest of the steps I already could tell it was Kade
"Im fine" I groaned
"You almost fell down the stairs" he said joking the main reason I didn't want him helping me was because he already had so much on his plate with his grandma I know how hard it is losing someone and I don't need him worrying about me.

He pushed my door open and laid me on the bed
"Can I get you anything a heater a fan, food, water anything I'll do it" Kade asked
"Im fine just a little sick it'll pass in a day or two" I assured
"I can stay with you?" He said
"Its fine I'll be alright" I told him and squeezed his hand instead of leaving he crawled into the bed with me and wrapped his arm around my body
"Im so sorry" he said ashamed and squeezed me tighter
"I know your sorry I'm sorry too don't beat yourself up over it everybody fights and you had a reason" I said while flipping over
"That's not a reason I got angry at you for nothing and now your sick"
"Kade I'm fine I promise now I would kiss you if I knew I wouldn't get you sick" I giggled
"Your so perfect" he complimented
"Im far from it now you need to go downstairs and get shit done remember you have to take some photos for Carla now she's perfect" I said and he groaned before getting out of my bed.

"Knock, knock" Jake said at my door
"You know you could have actually knocked right?" I joked and he opened the door he had his camera in hand and another lady followed him with the I.v.
"Hi" I smiled at the woman she smiled back and she got me all connected to the machine we waited and waited till I was all done and she left swiftly probably for another patient.
"You don't think they use the same needle for every patient right?" I asked Jake
"Oh they definitely do did you see the dirty thing" Jake joked and he walked out of my room. Those things work wonders I was already feeling better the lady told me it was most likely dehydration so I stood up and actually managed to walk with minimal dizziness I carried myself downstairs and immediately Kade shot out of his chair and ran to me he grabbed my waist and held me so I couldn't fall
"I'm fine" I assured he let go
"are you sure?" He asked I nodded to him and walked 
"I feel much better" I smiled and hugged him tightly he held me back and put his chin on my head
"Whatcha doin?" Justin asked as he seen us and I immediately let go of Kade
"Hugging obviously" I said stuttering
"You two are so cute" Justin laughed and walked off
"FRESHMAN" I yelled as he walked away
"Wanna come shopping with me?" I asked Kade batting my eyes
"Sure" he said and we walked to his car.
"ralph's?" He asked and walked inside I went straight to the medicine isle and grabbed some stuff to feel better my head started to pound a bit and I frowned
"What's wrong?" Kade asked
"my head?" I pouted Kade grabbed my shoulder and held me although comforting and warm I got out of his grasp
"Kade people will see" I told him
"I know baby but it doesn't matter your not feeling good and Im your boyfriend" he shrugged my heart thumped out of my chest when he called me baby I wanted to kiss him so badly but I settled on fixing myself back to his side so he could wrap his arm around me again. We finished shopping and went to pick up coffee we opened the doors to Starbucks and we ordered, Kade checked his pockets for his wallet
"El I think I left my wallet in the car stay here ill go grab it" Kade smiled
" No I'll grab it i need to take some medicine anyways" I said and walked out of the store I opened up the car door and grabbed my purse so I would pay instead and pulled out a 20 I was about to shut the door when someone grabbed my arms and held them behind me then a black cloth covered my face I screamed loudly and then a hand covered my mouth muffling any sound that was trying to come out I cried and was being carried and put into what seemed to be a trunk it all happened so fast.
My arms were now tied and so were my legs I laid there shaking and crying unable to see anything In the darkness awhile later the trunk opened and light seeped through the dark cloth covering my head
"what do you want?" I yelled and the cloth was taken off of my head I saw Jake, chance and Anthony standing around me I was pissed right off but more scared and happy to know it was just Jake he untied me and I hugged him soon to realize the shitty thing he just did to me so I began to punch him
"I hate you guys" I yelled
"where's Kade?" I asked
"damn it we forgot to tell him Jake picked up his phone and went to the find my friends app
"He's on his way here" Jake said
I ran outside and seen Kade pull up he stopped the car and immediately got out and ran up to me holding me tight
"I thought I lost you" he sighed and held my face I felt the magnet pulling us together but Kade got focused on something else he let me go
"Jake you shouldn't have done that you scared both of us half to death" Kade yelled defensively
"Sorry man I forgot to inform you" Jake laughed but also seemed scared I ran up behind Kade and held his bicep he flexed his muscles and walked into the house pushing past Jake.
