Chapter 19: How could he?!...

{Jezzabelle's Pov}

It's been three weeks since our honeymoon was over and now everything has been going normal. I never thought my marriage could get any better. Sebastian went back to working at his family company and practically begged me to not work any more because of how much he didn't want his wife to be lifting a finger while being married so Linda who popped up out of no where when he asked said yes before I could and that was all it took for him to happily kiss me and say thanks.

But the thing that's not so perfect about my life now is the fact that I hardly see my husband because of his job but I know as a wife of a gang leader and the most powerful and dangerous man in the state I should be a loving house wife with no worry.

But there's something I've been worrying about since we got home from our honeymoon. I've been meaning to tell him about what I found out during our last week on our honeymoon but since Sebastian's been gone lately I don't have the courage to tell him or even find the right time to tell him.

I'm 4 weeks pregnant now and the only person that knows about it is Linda. She's the only one I've been talking to lately about it and I made her promise not to tell anyone until I tell Sebastian.

"How about we surprise him at his job?" Linda asks as we walked around the mall looking at random things in the stores,

"I don't really know, I'm still a bit worried about his reaction, better yet what would be my father's reaction" I say with a sigh before finishing my Starbucks as she rubs my back,

"No matter what their reactions are going to be, they still have to accept the fact that this baby is going to be part of our family no matter what. Take it or leave it, Sebastian's going to be a father and your dad's going to be a grandpa" She says as we threw away our starbuck cups and walked out of the mall into her car,

"Now suck up your fears honey, we're going to tell lover boy about his kid" She says as I nod while looking out of the window with a sigh as the city buildings moved past,

"It's the Black company building right?" She asks looking at all the buildings as I nod,

"The tallest building on the 50th street" I say pointing forward as she parks her mustang in front of the building before throwing her keys to the Valet and walking with me to the front desk where a blonde woman was sitting wearing a tight blazer and pencil skirt practically showing all of her cleavage through her clothes,

"What can I help y'all with?" She asks chewing her him loudly while raising a brow at us with a frown as Linda glared at her before rolling her eyes,

"We're here to see S ebastian Black" Linda says tapping on the little bell on the desk as the woman glared at her before snatching the bell away from her and typing away on her laptop,

"He's on the top floor right now, but he's in a meeting right now s-" before she could finish Linda pulled me into elevator as soon as the woman looked away,

She pushed the button to the last floor as she tapped her foot waiting patiently for the elevator to get onto the 30th floor. While she was doing that I was playing with my fingers nervously pacing the elevator before it dinged and opened as we saw the end of the hallway that had the letters S.B. on two big white doors.

"Excuse me ma'am you can't g-" before the lady at the front desk of this floor could finish Linda pushed past her opening the door as I was about to apologize to the woman on the floor my eyes widened at the sight in front of me,

"This is what they call a meeting in this building?!" Linda asks loudly glaring at Sebastian as my jaw dropped,

"Baby?!" He shouts pushing the woman off of his lap as I felt my heart drop,

"What are y-" before he could finish walking up to me I ran back to the elevator closing the door immediately with Linda by my side before I fell to the floor of the elevator with a gasp for air,

"Jezzabelle!" Linda says kneeling next to me as I shook my head while holding my chest feeling my heart pounding against my chest,

"How? Why? When? Wh-" before I could finish questioning myself tears spilled from my eyes as Linda pulled me into her arms,

"I'm so sorry" she says sitting next to me on the floor as I felt my whole world stop at that moment,

How could he?!
