What if... Jinchuuriki!

Chapter 1

Heya, people! So, this is my first fanfic and I'm not the most creative person in the world, so some of these events may resemble something I've read in another fanfic, though I try not to.

"Monster! Demon! Murderer! It would've been better, if you had died!" Those were the words that Naruto was used to hearing ever since she was a child, in fact, they might've been her first memory. After all, the only people who ever showed even a little bit of kindness were the 3rd Hokage, Teuchi and Ayame from the ramen booth, everyone else just showered her with insults and wounds. But Naruto didn't feel sad or hurt or... well anything for the matter.  People who would come to know her later in life, would never believe, if they were told that Naruto was emotionless up until the age of 5, until she heard that voice.

Naruto was walking, well more like limping after the villagers beat her up. Luckily the more violent villagers got bored, most likely because they got no reaction out of her, and those around either only whispered quietly or yelled some insults, "Nothing that bad," she thought. Then she suddenly heard a voice.

"Hey kid, you ok?" Naruto turned around, checking who's voice she heard. But everyone around her either turned away or looked at her with hatred.

"Did they hit me in the head so much that I'm finally hearing voices? Great, could this get any better?" she thought a bit annoyed, but still continued walking.

"How dare you call me, The Great Nine Tailed Fox, the strongest of all Tailed Beasts, a mere hallucination?!" the voice roared.

"Nine Tailed Fox? You mean the one that attacked the village 5 years ago? Didn't the 4th Hokage kill the fox?" Naruto questioned, sitting on the edge the river that she managed to reach in the meantime.

"Hah, you humans, we Bijuu cannot be killed, the 4th only sealed me away. And yes, I am the one who attacked your puny village and I also killed hundreds of people and destroyed over half of your village. Now, you know you should fear me, you stupid human! " The voice, now identified as the nine tails, snarled.

"Hmm," Naruto let out a soft hum, closed her eyes and thought about the nine tails' words. For a while the only things that could be heard were the soft fizzing of the river and murmurs of Leaf villagers. Even if the wait was only about five minutes long, the demon seemed to be getting impatient.

   "What happened, did hearing what I am capable of scare you to the point of losing voice? How pathetic!" The demon laughed.

"Name?" The child's voice suddenly whispered.

"Huh, what do you mean?" The fox asked, voice confused, with a bit of interest seeping through. But, he shouldn't've said that, because as soon as he did, he got bombarded by questions from the five years old, whose eyes, for the first time in forever, sparkled, showing the child's great interest.

"What's your name? Did you really manage to kill all those people and destroy so much of my village? 'Cause that's just so cool! How come I can hear your voice when you're supposed to be sealed away? Why did the other people not hear you? You said 'we', does that mean that there are more Bijuu? And, when we're at it, what's a Bijuu?" When Naruto finished she was panting lightly, but was still gleaming with excitement.

   The fox had to slightly chuckle at that, none of the people he met so far had a reaction anywhere near this when they first met, it was usually shock or disgust, he was starting to like this kid already. So he spoke, "Ok, listen kid and listen well, 'cause I'm not gonna repeat myself got it?"

  Naruto's smile widened and she spoke up happily, "Of course Mr. Fox."

The demon fox then answered all Naruto's questions, along with all the additional ones that came along the way. (I'm going to just write this as a small time skip, if you want some of these questions answered comment, since I might've changed something from the cannon for the sake of plot, but I'm too lazy to write it out. Plus its 5am and I didn't just wake up, I never went to sleep.😓)

"Ok, so the important points," Naruto spoke, letting all the new information set in, "you're sealed inside of me, your name is Kurama and you're the nine tails and you're also a Bijuu, which is simply a tailed beast, and there's eight more of them, as well as people who they are sealed in, called Jinchuuriki, which I just happen to be, and most, if not all of them, are treated horribly just like me; correct?"

   Kurama raised an eyebrow at that, "You're taking this surprisingly well, I thought you'd be yelling your lungs out for all the things you need to endure because of me."

"Yeah, well no." Naruto said with a slightly darker voice, and while Kurama would never admit it, he might or might not have shuddered at that. "I mean," Naruto continued, "you most likely didn't get sealed in me of your own free will, nor did you somehow force or manipulate the villagers to hurt me, so I don't see how it could be your fault. But now, I've got one more question."

   "What is it brat?" Kurama answered annoyed, but a little less than before, again something he would never admit.

    Naruto smirked and chuckled darkly, "Is there a way for me to contact the other Jinchuuriki?"

Kurama rose an eyebrow at that. "And why would you want to know that?"

"Well, I'm pretty pissed at the villagers for treating me like a demon and I'm guessing that the others are too, so I was thinking," Naruto smirked, eyes gleaming dangerously. "We should start a revolution and show those measly humans what real demons are like!"

At that Kurama couldn't restrain his laughter, "Really, what an interesting brat."

Aaand, the first chapters over. How'd you like it? Also, important note, I used the words "Jinchuuriki" and "Bijuu" simply cause its easier for me than the english translations. Other than these two I'll try to get the words in English, cause, really, which one is Iwa village?!😭
