"Hello there", I glare up at the boy who interrupted me.
"Hi, can i help you?" I ask a little irritated. I hate being bothered when i'm browsing through Barnes and Nobles. "Um acutally yeah, you can" he says with a grin. I roll my eyes, "I dont work here, I'm pretty sure you can find an employee or someone somewhere else"
"Nope, I don't need an employee, I wanted to ask you something,"
"Okay, spit it out!" I found the book I was looking for and was ready to go home and relax...one i get rid of this guy.
"I was wondering if I could buy you a book?" he saud with a sly smile
"what?" i reply puzzled
"can i buy you a book? I understand that most guys offer girls a drink...but I think offering one a book is better. Books you can cherish forever, while drink only lasts a few hours" I dont really understand what to do in these kinds of situations, so i just shrugh and hand him the book.
"The House of Hades by Rick Rioradan" he looks at me and smiles
"What do you think happens, who will they get out of Tartarus?" I was takened back that this guy knew this series...let alone, shocked that he might actually read
"I dont know, but they will. I know they will" I say. He winks
"You'll find out soon" he pays for the book and hands me the bag
"Thank you...just out of curiosity, what's your name?" i ask
"Leo, Leo Valdez" he smiles at me and walks out the door before I can say a word (( T-T AH!!! WHY CAN"T THIS HAPPEN IN REAL LIFE!!!))
