"This is when we sang in the school choir" Emma says showing me another picture of her and Emmet from when they were younger,

"He's a pretty good singer, you should make him sing to you" She says with a raised brow as I remembered to take note of that in my head,

"Hey babes!" A woman says coming up to us as I turned to see a petite and curvy light skin woman come up to us with short brown hair and a big smile,

"Dede!" They all say happily while getting up to hug her as she hugs them tightly taking off her versace sun glasses,

"Sorry I couldn't come earlier, my flight was delayed and some bitch at the airport was really tryna make me catch a case today" She says with a groan as they laugh at her,

"Oh! Dede this is one of the new in laws, Jezzabelle" Emma says as she looks at me with a suspicious look,

"How old are you?" She asks looking me up and down,

"20" I say nervously,

"Which man are you married to?" she asks with a raised brow,

"Emmet" I say not knowing if I should be scared or mad at the look she was giving me,

"Ethnicity?" She asks with a cautious look,

"Dominican and Polynesian" I answered truthfully as her frown turns to a wide grin,

"Finally! Someone in this family near black!" She says hugging me tightly as I look at the women behind her shrugging,

"I'm not tryna sound racist its just that it was really awkward for me finding out I was the only black chick in here after I married Ezekiel" She says with a shrug as I nodded,

"But! Now since your here we can be like besties" She says with a little jump as my eyes widened at how happy she was,

"Okay, don't creep her out De" Emma says as she chuckles nervously,

"Now tell me, who are your favorite rappers?" She asks sitting on the couch pulling me down next to her as the ladies laughed and sat down,

"Women rappers or-" she cut me off before I finished,

"Start with males then go to females" She says with a grin as I nod with a chuckle,

"I like listening to Yg, 2 chainz, Migos, and OT Genasis. But my favorite rapper has always been 50 cent" I say with a smile as she nods,

"So your sorta like that new school but love old school rap huh?" She asks as I nod,

"What about females?" She asks as I try to think it over,

"I like listening to Nicki Minaj, Trina, Charlie Baltimore, Megan Thee Stallion, Cardi B, and of course the City Girls" I replied as she grins.

"Some new and some been on the grind for years, thats cool" She says high fiving me as I laugh,

"Favorite movie?" She asks.

"Get rich or die trying" I replied as she laughs,

"Aye! Thats a cool movie, your a big 50 fan huh?" She asks as I smile widely,

"I watched all his movies and listened to his new and old songs" I say with a chuckle as she high fives me again,

"Thats right! Whats your favorite song by 50?" She asks as I laugh,

"I gotta lot that I love but if I had to choose I'd have to go between When it rains it pours or hustlers ambition" I say with a shrug as she fists pump me,

"If you were lets say magically go back to the day Emmet proposed to have 50 cent appear out of no where and propose at the same time which would you say yes to?" She asks with a smirk as I was about to reply before,

"She better say me" A voice says behind the couch we were on as I looked up nervously at my husband who was waiting for my answer with his arms crossed,

"My husband duh" I say fidgeting with my fingers as Dede laughs,

"Okay, I'm gonna go find my excuse of a husband. If you ever need me for anything just call me" she says handing me a business card,

"And if you're wondering yes I do own my own fortune 500 company that I made from scratch in the only 23 years of my life. No need to be surprised because like the 10,000 dollar dress I have on right now I do show off all my assets of being one of the youngest powerful females on the planet. And good bless, bye home girl" she says taking a deep breath before hugging me and walking off as I stood there staring at how impressed and surprised she was about her self,

"She's the reason why my cousin feels less of a man everyday of his life now" Emmet says kissing the top of my head from behind as I chuckled,

"Where are the kids?" I ask turning around as his arms stayed around my waist,

"Well Kane Jr. is eating all the cake in the kitchen with Emmanuel, and Jackelyn is putting my little pony stickers on some of Emmanuels trophies with Emma upstairs in his room. So I guess we can just enjoy the rest of the time by our selves" he says leaning down to my neck as I laughed,

"Hey baby can I ask you something?" I ask as he pulls away from kissing my neck,

"I was thinking, since we're getting older now from our young teenage ways, if I could start working before the kids start pre school. I mean I don't wanna stay home all day while my kids and friends are away doing their stuff" I say with a pout as he looks at me confusedly,

"Work? Baby, I told you as long as your my wife you don't ever need to work for money. I'm one of the richest men in my family, you won't even have to lift a finger to get whatever you want" he says with a chuckle as I frowned,

"But I don't wanna live off of my husband my whole life, I wanna do something with my life" I say with a shrug as he frowns,

"What was something you've always wanted to do in life?" He asks as I think it over before smiling,

"I've always wanted to start my own tattoo shop" I say with a shrug as his confused face turned into a surprised look.
