Blue Exorcist (Rin X reader) 2

10- Getting somewhere

"What do we do now?" Recent boy asked.

"We're trapped in here for 24-hours. We'll just do what we normally do; sit around, use the toilet and drink out of the faucet." Brown eyed said

"Let's get to know each other, I still don't know your guys' names" I suggested

"I'm Erin" Blondie said "I'm studying psychology and the way people's mind works. Well I was... a year ago."

"I'm Jacob. I arrived with Erin. We were told to do an on field experiment together and well, it was a trick to kidnap us. They wanted our knowledge on psychology to help their work ideas but we refused."

"We wanted to leave, it got unbearable. Seeing the same thing everyday. Doing the same routine for over a year. Then these two showed up" Erin pointed

"They didn't talk at first, they were horrified. I mean who wouldn't be after getting kidnapped and having your eyes covered until you get into this unfamiliar building" Jacob explained

"I'm not much of a talker. We both aren't" Recent guy said

"My name is Kailer. Kiara is my sister, She arrived three months after I did. We didn't know what was coming. We wanted to leave."

"I'm Y/N, I'm just as shocked as you all are but my friends will pull through. We will make it out of this place."

The next morning Rin and Yukio go to the academy and met up in the technology class.

"I need your help"

"Anything for you Yukio" one of the students say

"I need help locating the other half of my bracelet, it was flashing red last night. My friend needs help" he explains

"I just need the chip that's under the base of your bracelet and it should tell me where the other half is"

"Perfect" Yukio says

Rin is getting antsy for answers.

"Hm, the reading are very strange."

"How strange?" Rin questions the student

Yukio looks at Rin

"Well it says that the other half of the bracelet is...." he squints his eyes while leaning closer to the screen to make it clearer.

The computer randomly shuts off.

"Oopsie" Izumo says as she enters the room

"What did you just do?!" Rin yells

"Is the data lost?" Yukio asks

"It is, I'm sorry"

"Do you remember what it said?"

"It's still a working program, it's not exactly accurate."

"And?" Rin says, getting impatient.

"I think it said that she was still in town, close by actually."

"Keep working on it and keep me posted" Yukio says

"Like I said, it won't be accurate"

Rin and Yukio leave the classroom and Izumo follows

"Not now Izumo" Rin says

"Then I guess you don't want her sword back"

"What, where is it?"

"Not so fast, you must verse me in a battle"

"First you wanted a date and now you want a fight? I'm not gonna play these games Izumo."

"Then I guess this sword means nothing. Meet me in the arena no later than 1. If you beat me then you can have the sword and we won't go on the date. I'll even have the artifact returned."

Izumo walked away.

One o'clock came and Rin met Izumo at the arena.

"You came"

"Let's get this over with" Rin says

He draws out his sword lighting in flames.

Izumo summons her familiars by drawing out the paper and saying the chant.

"I'm a lot stronger Rin, you should know that"

"Well so am I"

He swingers his sword at her and she jumps back sending her familiars towards him.

"It would be sad to see you get torn up" she says

"I won't let that happen."

Their skills are almost a match, hit after hit they both dodge.

They're getting exhausted as the time goes by.

"Can't we just talk this out?" Rin asks

"No, keep going"

He takes a deep breath and his flames grow bigger, he swings his sword with much force that it tears her paper in half causing her familiars to disappear.

She falls to the floor, tired shocked that she lost.

"I just.. want you to be with me. That's why I go through all this trouble"

Rin kneels down close to her and picks her chin up.

He kisses her while pulling her close.

Slowly moving his hand down her arm to her wrist where she holds your sword.

He kisses Izumo more passionately as a distraction to grab the sword.

He gently removes the sword out of Izumo's hand but their kiss never broke.

I wake up to just 14 hours left in this room. We all just sat around talking and telling stories for hours.

All of the sudden I get a burning feeling on my lips.

I reach up to touch them and they feel a bit warm.

'What is this? And why do I feel... almost like I've been betrayed?' You thought to yourself

(Get it, get it? He grabs her sword and she feels something ... ayeee?? I'm also falling asleep while trying to proof read this so sorry for misspellings)
