The scariest thing
is when you realize
that you are addicted
to something.
Whether it's
Alcohol,
Self harm
Or pills;
You know you are addicted
When you say to yourself
" this is my last drink"
" this is my last cut"
Or " this is my last drug."
the thing is
you can't simply
Just stop
because an addiction
is an obsession
that takes control over your mind
and every thought.
