“HA? Ah oo, Sige sige.”

I felt and looked stupid. I can’t recover ::). Kanina pa kami naguusap pero wala akong maintindihan. The words just won’t sink in!

“Earth calling Happy.” aba, talagang nag roll pa ng eyes. Kabaklaan. Haha “Are you with me? Naiintindihan mo ba yung sinasabi ko? Do you need a kiss to wake up? ” ^-^

“Oh no no. Sorry, pwede paulit? From the start?” I uttered, almost incapable to breathe, nung narealize ko yung ibig sabihin ng sinabi niya. nakakatemp sana, kaya lang. JUSMIYO =))

“Haha, Fine, pero this time ikaw na lang tatanungin ko.”

“Fine. Elaborate mo kung anong gagawin?. What will be the flow of the 'act'?”

“You’ll act as my girlfriend to make her jealous and make her realize that she still loves me. Then we’ll be back together. End of story (:” he made it sound so easy huh.

“What if hindi siya magselos at hindi siya bumalik sayo?” I asked, Hoping for it to happen. Oops

“Then I guess it’s time to move on :-[” at bumalik na naman siya sa pagiging batang inagawan ng lollipop.

“Good then. Isa lang naman ang pakiusap ko. No falling in love, kahit ano mangyare, Ok?”

“Seryoso? Baka mauna ka pang magbreak niyan!”

Whateber!! What if I fall in love? Wala pa din mangyayari. I don’t wanna be just a 'rebound'.

Parang nagulat pa siya sa sinabi ko dahil matagal siya bago makasagot. Kung ano dahilan, bahala na siya, baka hindi niya lang talaga inaakalang sasabihin ko yun.

“O-ok. Next?”

I was hesitant at first, parang delikado yung idea pero tinuloy ko pa dn “Uh, Can I ask something in return? ”

“Sure.” :D Suddenly his face lit up.

“Can you help me…uhm, adjust with the company?”

“You mean I’ll train you?” He seemed to think about it first, then biglang nag 'spark' yung eyes niya. As if some light bulb popped inside his head. He’s too obvious, like an open book.

“Sure, is that all?” I just nod.

“Now tell me about her.” I’m not interested with her. Parang ayoko na nga siya kilalanin pero kailangan para alam ko gagawin ko di ba? ::)

“Okay.” he drew a deep breath before continuing. Mahal pa ata talaga niya.

“I met her 3 years ago. She was a freshman then but we were classmates in a certain subject. I..I don’t know, It was like love at first sight” I chuckled, natigilan naman siya. “Really.” he shot a deadly glance at me pero tumawa lang ako then drew my hands up in sign of defeat. HAH!

“Naging kami after almost a month of courtship until 3 months ago, umuwi siya dito sa pinas para lang daw magbakasyon so I let her, pero one night bigla na lang siya tumawag. She said she wanted out.”

I was shocked. “What? Why? ” he smiled, kahit halatang di umaabot sa mata.

“She told me she fell out of love” tumawa siya ng mahina then tapped the table slightly “It was bullsh.t, we were perfect before she left, then she’ll just call me to say it’s over? Ang adik di ba?” 

“But you still want her. Hindi ba mas adik yun?” I blurted out. Ewan ko ba't ko nasabi yun, parang bigla na lang dumulas sa dila ko. Siya naman natigilan lang at tumingin saken.

“Maybe” nagkibit-balikat siya “but I don’t want that kind of ending. I want answers. I don’t want an unfinished business. I don’t deserve a break-up via phone call Happy.” he smiled bitterly. Haay

“I understand.” 

Silence. No one dared to break it for a while. Siguro dahil pareho kaming may kailangan isipin, If I go on with this, this will be a chance for me to find myself again. Ang swerte naman nung girl. She’s stupid to let Iago go.

“So how are we .. going to do this? What’s the plan?” tumawa na naman siya, as if I just joked. Tsk.

“What? What’s funny about that? ”

“Ang cute mo kapag seryoso, you really are serious about this :D”

"Of course, It’s your happiness at sake here."

“Touché” he grinned.

“Ang labo mo! Kanina para kang namatayan tapos ngayon tatawa tawa ka jan. Iwan kita dito eh” naiinis ako kasi…kasi ang cute :”>

“Okay okay. Cute ka kahit galit. Okay! First kailangan naten ng story db? ” I nod “Sasabihin lang naten na childhood friends tayo then when I got back here I courted you kaya tayo na (: we should act sweet and everything syempre. Kaya mo naman di ba?”

Are kisses included? :”> Shut up.

I reached for my Iced tea and drank from it bago ako sumagot. The thought alone gives me shivers, what more in action? EHEM.

“O-of course. Pero where do we start? I should know her first. Is she with her new guy?” I asked.

“Actually I hired a PA just to find her, their whereabouts and I found out they’re booked to a certain resort at Palawan, Island Paradise”

“Oh, then? Next plan?”

“Uhm, We’ll go there as lovers of course, then go with the flow na lang pag nandun na tayo. We’ll act as lovers and make them jealous.”

“Yun na yun? ” parang ang dali naman ::)

“Yes :).”

“Are you sure that’s all? No steps? No definite plan? Just make her jealous and come back to you then THE END?” I said almost exaggerately.

“Hindi mo kaya?” aba! Nanghahamon?

“OF COURSE I CAN! Ang dali nga eh :P”

“Okay” ngumisi na naman siya. Nakakainis. “We’ll fly to Palawan the day after tomorrow. Basta ako na bahala pag dating dun. You trust me right?.

I nod. Feeling both nervous and excited. Tss

He held my hand that made me winced then to my surprise, He kissed it.

“Thank you Happy."
