40. Caffeine

Your everyday latte is a must but apparently caffeine is very bad for your time of the month.

And you get ( dun dun) cramps.

The caffeine leads to higher levels of prostaglandin which are the things that cause painful contractions in the first place.

So if this something you've experienced, replace your caffeine with something else instead!

Like herbal tea or juice and your uterus will thank you later. You will feel so much better. :D
