It was midnight I couldn't stop blaming myself "Why did you have to accept that dare? stupid..stupid.." pabalik balik kong sinabi sa sarili ko "Will he ever forgive me?" I felt a tear rushing down my cheeks, I realized that I was getting thirsty so I slowly went to the kitchen to get some glass of water.

As I took a gulp of water I heard footsteps getting louder and louder "Ate, why are you still awake?" Oh.. it's just my sister Zia

I rushed back to my room and she followed me "Ate, stop blaming yourself" she sat beside me and patted my back.

"The person that finally accepted and loved me for who I am, the one who brings me happiness, I return it with pain at paano kung makakalimutan na niya ako?" I totally broke down into tears "Zi, can you accompany me in going to the hospital" I still managed to look at her in the eyes which now is all puffy.

She nodded "Ate, what the mind forgets the heart still remembers" That was a bit comforting "If I was kuya Vice, ayoko nakikita kang umiyak kaya wag kang nega may pag asa na man tayong lahat na itama ang ating mga mali" a smile started forming onto my face.

"Zi, matulog ka na" sinunod naman niya ang sinabi ko at umalis na.

She's right everything has its reasons and God has plans that are better than ours, I stared at the ceiling, just imagining his face there smiling at me and slowly I close my eyes. Oh how I miss you

On the other side of the earth, they arrived at the hospital

"How is he doc?" Nanay Rosario asked with a worried voice

"The results in the x-ray show us that he's slowly recovering, but he's still in a coma that will last a couple of days and here is his medicines" Doctor Jao gave her the brown envelope "I'll check on him again later" he left

As Nanay Rosario opened the brown envelope she both felt nervous and happy, she excused herself from her daughter to go outside, she took out the list "How am I going to find the money to buy this?"

A guy approached her who has the same height like hers wearing a white polo and glasses "Do you want a job?" she slowly turned her head to face him

She nodded "I need an assistant by the way I'm Modesto Tatlonghari" he opened his hand waiting for a response "I'm Rosario Borja" she responded and they shaked hands.

"I'll call you when I need you" he gave her his calling card, she took the card and placed it inside her pocket, he then left her.

Jane went outside to check her mom "Ma anong nangyari sayo?" takang taka siya at biglang niyakap ni Nanay Rosario siya.

"Anak, may trabaho na ako" she hugged her tight

"Anong trabaho?"

"Private Assistant ni Modesto Tatlonghari, pag tinawag niya ako ibig sabihin magsisimula na ang aking trabaho" Jane smiled and though to herself Tatlonghari.. sounds familiar

"Zi, let's go!" I said as I took the keys and my bag

"I'm almost done just go stay in the car while you wait for me" Zia shouted from upstairs
