morning1
“Kiss Janie,” I grinned as we
walked outside and onto the
balcony.
"No way,” you laughed rolling
your eyes before watching me
as I put my damp towel on the
railing after my shower.
"Just do it; be her first kiss,” I
added the last part even though
technically, if I let you, you
would be mine too.
“I don't want to kiss her,” you
told me slinging an arm around
my shoulders as I leant against
the rails and glanced at you,
your eyes almost as blue as the
clear sky and as bright as the sun
itself.
“Why not?” I asked cocking up
a brow before looking away and
out at the lake that led to the sea.
“Because,” you said easily just
as the said girl stepped onto
the patio as well, “I want to
kiss you instead; just you."
