Spring

Liquid drops of sunshine

Peeping through the trees

Branches hanging over head

A mosaic underneath my feet

Shadows crisscrossing

Every which way

Playing tricks on my mind.

Spring time come again

Flowers begin to bloom

Clouds fleeing away

No longer hanging

Thickly over head

Everything

Now full of life

Birds now chirping

In the trees

Greeting the morning sun

Trees begin to show

Their spring time leaves

Grass turns green

And clouds disappear

This is spring

Come again

The sun reappears

No longer bitter cold

Skies now blue

Moon and stars

Glitter over head at night

No longer block by the clouds

Pedals of flowers

Begin to unfold

Revealing once again

The beauty of nature

And the dawn of spring

Spring has come again

Sun staying out

Clouds slowly retreating

Everything now full of life
