{ Aria }

When morning came I was so excited I probably didn't get but 4 hours of sleep . I have never been out in the city , never ha friends so maybe I could make a freind . I would get to see the shops , cafés , gift shops and other cool stuff I have read about .

" dresses comfortably and warm ." Lucas said he wore a navy blue shirt a leather jacket , army boots , and some jeans . I go in to e closet it's is what very girl dreams of for a closet . It had a shelf for shoes , a spin around clothes rack , a dresser for clothes , and another shelf for jewelry and stuff . I threw on a smile purple shirt , a army jacket and a scarf , jeans , and some brown boots . The maids did my hair in a French braid and down light makeup . I bided them a good bye and walked to the door to greet a smiling Lucas .

" you look absolutely bueatiful ! " he gave me a bone crushing hug picked me off the ground and spun me around , I let out a laugh that I tried to hold in .

" thanks " he gave me a kiss on the cheek and opened the door , we walked down the hallway I kept waking but he stopes and pressed a button on the wall "you do know that their is an elevator? Right " he chuckled of course I didn't Know ! never seen one only read about them ! But all that could say was a simple " oh " Ugh he gives me a feeling ......... I can't even describe I feels so good . Why !

We exited the castle an got into a horse drawn carriage . The horses where white and a dark wooden carriage with good trim . " up you go ." Lucas said he help me into the carriage because it was so tall

" why is it so tall ?" I ask

" so the people will not touch you . They want to touch the royals , thy think it's a blessing but is not ." Lucas said . I nodded my head .

We road around the city . He took me on a tour of the whole kingdom . We stopped at a little café and got a coffee with a little whip cream .

I moan in the deliciousness of the coffee " this so the bet thing I have ever had !" I exclaim .

" yea I know I get these all the time ." He said finishing off his coffee

We walked around the kingdom a little while longer till came around to a statue it was a black kinda stone , it was of a man he had a sword in his hand and was dressed in drapes .

" who is that ? " I ask Lucas who was looking at it as well

" that is the first vampire king , he rule over 100 decades and the was 1 Melina ago . He was murdered by his son , he had two sons Demarcus and William , yes very modern names but that is where the humans got those names from . Demarcus was the good one and William was the bad one , ended up William was executed the next morning For murder . And it took a while but the kingdom soon went back to normal . " Lucas said

But all I could say was " wow , did no one know why he killed his father ?" He shock his head in disappointment

" one of the greatest mysteries to this day ." He said

After that we went back to the castle and went to diner . But all that was on my mind was why would William kill his father ? And I promised my self I would find out
