She buttoned up her shirt and pulled the pencil skirt over it.

Her hair was neatly placed in a bun, not even a single strand was out of its place.

She'd finally decided to move on with her life, to embrace what is waiting out there for her. She didn't want anyone or anything to hold her back from achieving her aspirations.

It was a golden opportunity; her last chance to live her dreams and build a life she'd be proud of in future.

She realised that it was her chance to paint colours in her dull efficacy. Her palette was ready and the paint brush was waiting for the touch of her fingers.

She grabbed her folder, dangled her purse, and stepped out into the fresh air.

Taking a deep breath in, she walked ahead, and never looked​ back at her past.
