~Armin's POV~
I strode into Jean and Connie brawling over Marco, without respect I glumly listen to Connie screeching that Marco is half the man he used to be, and I listen to Jean blow at him for disrespecting Marco. Soon after I left and Commander Erwin ordered me down to stare away despairingly at Annie's crystal for hours on end.
Trailing down those worn stairs a shakily, short sound sounded out into a scrape. I leapt down the flight and instantly noticed– Annie was gone.
